Silver: WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!!!

Me: Writing another story.

Silver: WHY ARE YOU STARTIN- What are you holding?

Me: Oh. This? This is Zayn. He's from my other story. *hands the wolfpup to Silver*

Silver: You named him after our Zayn? *he likes her cheek*

Me: Aww. He likes you. And I thought of him before I started writing about you guys.

Silver: Fine....I'm not mad anymore, just get on with the story. *walks away, still holding Zayn*

Shadow POV

Ever since Christmas Silver and Kira have been acting weird. And I mean really weird, weirder than any of us. :P They've been closer with each other and Toby. In fact, they are almost acting like Zayn and Solaris....Oh this is going to be fun. >:) "Hey Kira! Come with me!" I grab the silverettes arm and dragged her away from Toby and Silver.

"What's going on?" She asked as I kept walking, the other two gazing after us in confusion.

"Duh, it's Valentine's Day! We need to get gifts!"

"But I don't have a Valentine."

I stopped and looked at her. "Seriously?" I sighed. "You're right. You don't have a Valentine, you have two." Her face grew red. "It's obvious to everyone that you, Toby, and Silver have a special bond." I smirked, "Now you just have to tell them and what better way to do that then today!" She was so out of it that she forgot that she vowed to never get back in a car with me and I was able to drive her into town. Unfortunately my awesome driving snapped her out of her daze and she started complaining about halfway there.

We stopped outside this little shop with hearts in the window. Kira was still complaining about my driving and pretending to throw up. "Shut up. My driving is amazing!"

"I'd rather fly on the dragon then let you drive me again!"

"I would recommend that. He tend to do loop-de-loops." She shot me a 'Seriously?' face, but decided not to say anything else on the matter. I shrugged and entered the store. It was full of pink hearts with giant teddy bears everywhere and I HATED IT!!!! WHY DOES VALENTINE'S DAY HAVE TO BE SO PINK?! WHY IT BE BLACK INSTEAD?!

Kira seemed to like about as much as I did, but she still wanted to look around and she it she could find anything. I'm so happy that she has Silver and Toby. She seems happier with them them she ever did with Tera. When they were together Kira rarely smiled and it always seemed one sided.

"Do you think Toby would like this?" I snapped out of my thoughts and saw Kira holding up a small stuffed wolf with big glittery eyes. To be honest it was adorable.

"She'll love it." Kira beamed. God I missed that smile. Not in a romantic way, but before she disappeared Kira and I had been best friends. I waited as she paid for the stuffed animal and thought about the day she disappeared.

  (Flashback)  

It had been a regular day at the house  . Zayn and Solaris were out on a date, so I was in charge. Midnite and Storm were play wrestling while Patches and I tried to watch TV. Frankie was in his lab trying to find a cure for some disease (he lost me after he started talking about plasma) and Silver (Kira's name was Silver at the time) was upstairs in her room sleeping. Or so I thought until she came clomping down the stairs. "I'm going to meet Tera!" She called out.

"Alright! Stay safe!" I called back. I wasn't worrying about her, anyone who threatened her would be lucky to walk away with their head attached to their shoulders. But as time went by that began to change. Zayn and Solaris had already returned from their date, but Silver and Tera hadn't come home yet.
