Sasuke, Itachi and Shisui hauled themselves to the Hokage tower shortly after Naruto was arrested. Sasuke looked towards his brother with a thought in mind. 
"Naruto, he didn't resist the arrest. He also left willingly with a smirk on his face. Does he have a plan?" Sasuke relayed the information to Itachi and Shisui.
"Let's just hope so" Itachi retorted in a whisper as they all jumped across the rooftops before reaching the Hokage Tower. The day was being dragged to an end as the darkness faded into the setting of the sun. The Uchiha's arrived at the tower asking the receptionist if the Hokage is available, she gestured them to head in to see the Hokage. At the Hokage's office door Itachi took the initiative to knock then strolled in. following in suit was Shisui second and last the youngest of the Uchiha's. The Hokage eyed them with curiosity.
"My, may I ask what the occassion is for me to be presented not by one but three Uchiha's at this hour" Minato conversed to the Uchiha's. Itachi took a step forward, looking towards his little brother and glaring at him as a warning. Itachi was to handle all the conversing unless instructed or directed to.

"Sorry for disturbing you while you work Lord Forth"
"It's quite alright, what can I help you with"
"We are all here to discuss an important matter. It concerns the arrest of Naruto" Itachi sternly addressed the Hokage. Narrowing his eyes at Itachi, Minato clenched his fist in anger. He could fathom the thought on why the Uchiha Clan wouldn't even care about the bastard of a son he had.
"The arrest is for the brutal assault  against two Namikaze member, a Hatake and an Anbu member. The arrest is also made by the Mizukage as well" Minato spoke as composed as he could possibly be right now.
"Are talking about our survival test today! We were-" Sasuke was cut off and held back by Shisui. Minato continued to notify the Uchiha's of the clearly fraudulent charges held against Naruto. As they spoke a loud explosion could be heard; coming from the underground prisons. The blast wasn't as big as it sound. However, Minato's sturdy thoughts drifted directly to Naruto. Out came other shinobi's rushing through the now gaping hole, leading to the open village. Criminals and rouge shinobi abscond for Konoha; with a little assistance of course. Naruto was the last detainee to egress. Disappearing with a body flicker followed by the dark black snakes scales in it's stead, Naruto was gone. A particular Uchiha aware of where the young boy could have off to, but he would rather die then tell anyone about the boys location. the Uchiha's seem to be the only ones to thrust the boy. Could it be possible due to the fact they were all condemned for the Kyuubi attack 12 years ago?. The Uchiha's still can't believe their own village accused them for such attack. Since this boy is in a similar situation as they all are why not help each other?.

Multiple Anbu members arrived in the Hokage's office relaying information about the sudden jailbreak. Yugao Uzuki, Hayate Gekko and Hyou were all familiar Anbu members to the older Uchiha's still residing in the Hokage's presence. Minato panicked ordering every available Anbu member to search for the demon. Dissipating, Minato had no other option to discern out what the Uchiha's were here to discuss. Suspecting the Uchiha's had something to do with the prisoners escape. Itachi stood in front of the Hokage's desk. 
"By any chance we're any of you involved in this break out?" Minato asked completely infuriated. 
"The trail for that demon will begin once the Mizukage arrives" Minato retorted before any of the Uchiha's could respond, Sasuke though seems extra peeved. Sasuke habitually presented himself as phlegmatic and tranquil, now he just wanted to detonate. Sasuke didn't want to hear the word 'Demon' being referred to his best friend. Watching the younger Uchiha, Shisui held onto Sasuke's arm in order to calm him down before doing anything rash. 

"We are here to discuss Naruto's innocence Lord Hokage"
"We have proof and a witness. The actions that took place during the survival exercise are exactly that; a survival training. The actions were not an intentionally aimed as an assault upon any of the victims" Itachi concluded his opening statement upon the matter.
