Too Late pt.2

Draco

My phone rang and I answered it right away.

"I'm so sorry to disturb you Mr. Malfoy. But there has been an accident and she has broken her bones. She's also in a very critical condition." And with that they hang up.

I apparated in a nearby alley and entered the muggle hospital. The hospital was very busy.

"Thank goodness you're here. Here, you have your new patient. She's in the ER already."

I rushed to the changed into the operation outfit.

I went inside the ER and saw my patient. My heart dropped. Hermione is my PATIENT! Oh my- ok it's ok, just make this right and she will be ok.

I took in a deep breath and begun the operation.

She was put in room 394. I breathed out. The operation was very successful. But the only problem is that will she be happy?

I was about to exit the room when she stirred. She woke up.

"Malfoy?" She yawned.

I froze. She just called me with my last name. I looked towards her and  smiled sheepishly

"How are you feeling?" I asked

"What time is it?" She asked

"Around 4pm, why?"

"Shoot!" She shouted.

She tried to get up but I let her lay down.

" What's the rush?" I laughed

"Get your hands off me!"

I looked at her, guilty.

"Hermione i'm so sorry. I lov-"

"Save you sorry and proclamation Malfoy. I need to apparate to Paris, excuse me."

She tried to get up again but I held her down.

"Why are you leaving?"

" Am I not allowed to go to other places?" She said sarcasticaly

"Hermione just hear me out. I'm so sorry for the things that has happend. I totaly regret it-"

"Really Malfoy? Because we're the same. I regretted dating you in the first place. Go to the manor or somewhere, I don't want an ex for a doctor." She huffed.

"Hermione just hear me out I-"

I stopped when I heared sobs,

"I give up. I give up." She said crying hard.

"Shhh Hermione, don't cry. I love you, you're the only girl who has the key to my heart. Without you I feel empty. With all the girls that I have dated, you're the only one I love. Please. Give me another chance. Please." I said crying

"I'm sorry for the way I acted."

"No it's all okay. Everything is ok. Now that you're here."

Her breathing slowed and after a few minutes she was asleep. I stayed by her side.

Now, we are married for 7 years. And Hermione and I have a beautiful son. Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy.

Whatever trials we came through, we always, find a solution
