Name: Leopold Hirsch
Age: 12 Years of Age (automatically provided; It has been stated that Cadets begin at age 12. I apologise for the inconvenience) 12 when he began training
Gender: Male
Appearance: Pale skin with big, brown eyes. He stands at 5'6", and it's expected that he'll grow taller. A head of scarlet hair completes his look.
Personality: (Include personality flaws) He is optimistic, rarely ever getting into trouble. A generally nice guy.
He won't stand for injustices-such as how the Military Police and the Stationary Guard treats the populace-and hopes to be a hero of the people.
He's not particularly brave, and wants to change that. Leopold is also unfortunate in that he's not one to take charge; he simply just follows the "leader," doing whatever everyobe else is doing. Background: (Be aware that no one except for Shiganshina survivors has seen Titans)
Born and raised in Trost district, he dealt with the problems that had befallen his beloved district, such as the food shortage (though he never went hungry.) His dad, Alphonso, was a part of the farming effort that failed. Then he was a part of the failed conscription later on. This ushered Leopold towards the 104th Cadets.Reason(s) for joining the 104th Cadets: He wants to make a difference. He wants to save people... And he wants to be brave.
Name: Bryn Marquardt
Age: 12 Years of Age (automatically provided; It has been stated that Cadets begin at age 12. I apologise for the inconvenience)
Gender: Female
Appearance: Dirty blonde hair, bangs covering one of her deep blue eyes; slightly tanned skin due to months of outdoor work. Tall for her age- 5'9"
Personality: (Include personality flaws) Very bubbly and excitable, she is probably the soul of friendliness. Somewhat oblivious to the danger of the Titans.
That said, she's innocent, but not clueless. She can pick up on subtle hints- tones of voices, shifting eyes, etc- but she usually doesn't act on those hints, making her fairly useless in that regard.
She is energetic enough to be considered a great asset in getting things done. Background: (Be aware that no one except for Shiganshina survivors has seen Titans)
A very basic background; grew up outside Trost district, joined the military to do something about the growing Titan threat.
She and her family were later pulled into Trost due to concerns about approaching Titans, only allowed to return to their farm every few days. Not that it helps with the food shortage, anyway.Reason for joining the 104th Cadets: Her uncle joined the relief effort years ago. She wants to find out what happened to him.
She also wants to reclaim her family farm.Name: Ulrich Adler
Age: 12 Years of Age (automatically provided; It has been stated that Cadets begin at age 12. I apologise for the inconvenience)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Looks older than he actually is; slicked back, black hair with shaved sides, thin eyebrows, and uncaring green eyes.
Personality: (Include personality flaws) Ulrich Adler is a bored youth who grew up expecting things to go his way. He's stoic, yet at the same time, forceful- he'll quietly remind you who his family is. He's kind of the stereotypical 'Rich Kid,' but he's also a bit of a loner. That said, he'll follow his orders to the letter, and tends to stay out of others' way.
Ulrich is suprisingly quiet for a rich kid, never raising his voice, nor does he get expressive. Rumour has it that it's something psychological. Background: (Be aware that no one except for Shiganshina survivors has seen Titans) Adler. That name carries some weight in the cities; reknowned merchants and soldiers have been named 'Adler.' Not only that, but they're distant relatives of the royal family.
There are two distinct bearers of the name: his father's side, and his great aunt's side.
A fair deal of the family on either side usually take to the merchants guild, as well as the military cadets; the only true difference is 'why.' Safety. Respect. Family tradition. Free food and lodging... Spite. Murder. Force. Escape.
Ulrich's great-grandfather's sister caused a bit of a schism when she openly stated her contempt of the military, calling the Scouts "Suicidal," the Guard "Lazy," and the Military Police "Pretentious," nevermind that she wanted to cut ties with both The Royal Family (who barely acknowledges them anyway,) and the military. Since then, the family has been divided between the merchants and the military.
Everyone on both sides ended up changing their last names to 'Adler-Hildebrandt,' 'Adler-Rommel,' so on. His father stuck true to the original Adler name; his father before him was a captain in the Guard, and his great-grandmother was a Military Officer.
Growing up around this conflict had impacted Ulrich. Family members ending up dead or beaten came from hushed whispers in private rooms, he was unable to play with his cousins because he wasn't from their families, there was even a kidnapping attempt on him.
The loss of Shiganshina only intensified the conflict.Reason(s) for joining the 104th Cadets: His family has a history around the military, with it and against it. Guess which part of the family he's from.
