The elven kingdom

Legolas's POV

"My prince, we have received word from troop æ, they are accompanying Queen Arwen,king Aragon, and lady Celeste" I hear as Lyra walks beside me, she is one of the lady's in the stables and she is in charge of troop č. "Thank you Lyra! Can I meet them? Where is troop æ" I ask "they are a quarter through the forest and moving slowly" Lyra says. "They should be here by nightfall" she finishes "ok I will see you soon"

I run down the hallway, with bow in hand, I run to the stables and jump on lyles, my horse.

"Open the gates!" I yell, they open and lyles slowly trots through the gateway. I follow the trail through the forest, watching for anything I can kill for food, I've always enjoyed walking through this forest, and I know Celeste does to, she loves riding her horses through the forest.

Eventually I hear voices, I follow the voices, to reach king Aragon in the middle of the group "Aragon" I say, he looks across to me, I bow my head, smiling, he does the same. "How was your trip?" I ask "good, Elrond will send a troop with the rest if Celeste's horses, they should be here next week" he replies "where is she?" I ask trying to be calm "at the back" he says turning away.

I walk to the back, lyles pricks his ears to see magic, his favourite friend. "Hello Celeste" I say "Legolas! So good to see you! I've been so exited for this!" She finishes "so have I, long days I have waited, now! Let's go! We have dinner when we arrive, and then a big day for Tomorrow"

We ride on, through the thin path, the horses are happy, and we are happy, this has made my life a lot better.
