Because it's been so long since the last chapter came out, let's review what happened real quick:
-Italy is in the process of getting his memories back. He hasn't gotten all of them, but he's remembering them little by little.
-At the beginning of last chapter, England looked like he had something to say. He glanced around cautiously and gave Reader a look that meant he would tell her later.
-The countries learned that Italy went back in time and Reader was the one that helped him rewind the clock. It becomes clear that the clock may help them escape. When asked if he was included in their plans to escape the mansion, Italy responded hesitantly. The group makes it clear that they'll all live and escape together.
-Reader gets a little emotional because it makes her realize that Italy is-and has always been-cared for by many, and ever since she lost her sister and her two best friends, she's been alone. The countries make it certain that she isn't alone, and she is grateful that they're so kind to her. However, she can't help but feel pressured by how much they depend on her. On the verge of a small panic attack, she begins to spiral; and as if fate just felt like messing with her, two Things appear.
And yeah that's pretty much it! Thank you for your patience, and I hope you enjoy this chapter <3

~Previously~
I glanced up. The haunting eyes of a monster. Drained of mercy, plagued with horror, infesting every logical thought in my head and poisoning it with irrational fear. Infesting, maddening, a black void, a past filled with torment and pain and loss.
What was going on again?
Why did I feel like I wanted to vomit?
Am I sick?
Why can't I summon my sword?
My wrists felt heavy, my head spun, my face paled. My breathing quickened drastically and I was cold.
Cold...spiraling...dread...

"And one day she discovered that she was fierce, and strong, and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back because her passion burned brighter than her fears."

|Reader's POV|
I had been staring at the floor for a long time. I didn't want to look up. They could handle this themselves, couldn't they? They don't really need me...right?
