I saw Hyunsuk's eyes widen, but I didn't know he was merely only acting surprised.

But then, he smirked and stepped closer to me.

"Hyerin, I already knew." Hyunsuk chuckled.

Heat started crawling up my face.

It did make sense.

My thoughts were always occupied by Hyunsuk Hyunsuk Hyunsuk--

But I had failed to see it before.

Choi Hyunsuk was my soulmate the whole time.

"Are you pranking me?" I asked, unable to believe his words.

Hyunsuk shook his head. "I swear it's not a prank this time."

"That's what you always say, Hyunsuk. Don't raise my expectations--" I was cut off.

Hyunsuk leaned in, pressing his lips against mine.

I'm pretty sure my entire head was going cartwheels. And my heart too. And my stomach--

Hyunsuk pulled back (regrettably) with a smile on his face. "Do you think it's a prank now?"

My mouth dropped open, and my covered my face in embarrassment. "H-Hyunsuk!!"

"Yes, princess?"

My face turned even redder. "Why...why did you kiss me??"

"Because, one: I've always liked you. And two: you're my soulmate, I should obviously." Hyunsuk said, his grin getting wider. "Aw~is somebody embarrassed?"

I nodded. "I am, thank you very much. I can't believe you--you're you're m-my soulmate--"

"This entire time. I'm glad you finally realized, I was getting impatient seeing you stress over who it was." Hyunsuk said. "But now, you can see. You can see me and the world at its best."

"Wow..." I said in awe. "This is the happiest day of my life."

"Because of me?"

"No, because I can see color." I said and smirked.

"You're so mean!!" Hyunsuk whined.

"It's just a prank." I teased.

"You can't pull that card on me." Hyunsuk said. "Anyways, Hyerin."

"One: I put tape in the doorway on purpose so you can trip."
