Chapter 53: Flux

I'm going to upload a chapter of this every Monday, Wedsday, Friday and Sunday while I'll post another book every day I did not mention. It is called Reborn and will be out the day after tomorrow. Back to this story!

Alexs PoV

I nodded to Jeb and we walked away from the camp. The sun was setting and made the world look golden. Sky used to call it the budder hour when we were younger. Before everything went out of control.

"It has started earlier than we expected" Jeb said when we where out of hearing range from the camp.I nodded. Things like this oftenly started a bit later.

"I tested the air for flux when I got here and the ammount was not that high. Something has clearly changed it." I said as I took out the little flux-o-meter from my pocket. Before it had shown 1.5 millibars, now it was up at 11.4 millibars. Not suprised the others reacted like this to it.

"We have to get them out of here" My pixie frind said and turned back to face the camp.

"But why do Tiwi not have powers?" I mumbled to myself. "Why dont she have?" I said louder, so Jeb could hear it. He froze mid step and turned back.

"The serum" I said under breath. The serum that Herobrine injected must have blocked her anility to gain new powers. Or she was just that kind of person that takes a lot of time until the magic infuses with their being. Ty was one that was easily affected and so he gained some kind of power long ago.

"Will Ian and Toff be safe from the flux?" Jeb asked. I shook my head. We would find out later, one way or another. If they would start shooting fire balls all over the place, we would notice. Jeb closes his eyes and I can feel how he looks for magic beings in our area. I close my eyes as well and the world goes dark.

The 3:rd layer is another level of worlds where magic beings can see the aura of others like them. A persons aura glows in different shades depending on power and how strong it is. Levels of magic is following;

1. Grey-Got no power at all

2. Green-Has some powers but cant use them

3. Blue-Weak powers

4. Yellow-Average powers 

5. Red-Powerfull

6: Purple: Very strong

7. White or Black: Only Notch and Herobrine got this kind of power.

The camp was a mess of blue and green auras with some spots of yellow. This was not good. They should all ne grey or maybe green but no. Something was definatly not right around here. Before I opened my eyes I looked at Jebs aura and saw a pulsating red. My own aura was a red/purple mixture. It never really decided what to be. I opened my eyes and saw complete darkness. What? I opened and closed them multiple times but only saw the thick blackness. What is going on? A little idea struck me and I checked the third layer again just to see my own aura sorrunded by green. I tried to move but found my hands tied behind my back. Panick started to grow inside of me. Someone puts a hand around my waist and throwns me over its shoulder.

I then find myself carried away, not knowing what is going on, or where Jeb went.

You got to know what the third layer is but it came with a price! Alex is being kidnapped by mysterios people and the others dont know a bit! That is how I like it. >:)
