"Hey George, hurry up!" My close friend, and cousin Elesha moaned at me. I took a deep breath and blinked slowly before calling out to her.

"I'm coming!"

Hi. I am Georgia. I am a normal 18 year old girl with a massive passion for music; I play bass and piano for a local band called 'The Black'. My favourite band is Black Veil Brides and I have a massive crush on the one and only Ashley Purdy. Heck. I wonder what he is doing now. Probably doing some blonde bimbo. As if I care. No Georgia. Stop thinking about them things. You have better things to think about. Ugh.

"Georgia, I swear if I have to drag you out of the house, you owe me 20 bucks" Elesha half screamed, half warned me again, pulling me from my thoughts. She's funny at times, but god, she can get annoying.

"I am coming now. Gosh Leash." I replied, rolling my eyes at myself, annoyed.  I briskly brushed myself off and trotted down the stairs, to see Elesha. She was waiting for me. And I didn't want her to wait any longer. We was going to be late for out gig! She was waiting there, her long brown hair flowing down her sides reaching effortlessly to her waist, her slim figure stretched and stood there, almost nervously. She was dressed in a Pierce The Veil tee and skinny jeans, all complimented with some flats. She is a part of the band as well, playing rhythm guitar and backup vocalists. We both share the same interest in bands and from what I could tell, she had a massive crush on Jinxx. Yeah. Jinxx. The violinist and rhythm guitarist from Black Veil Brides. Oh well.

As soon as she saw me, she shook herself off and we briskly made eye contact for her to pull away by blinking.

"Glad to see you've finally got your butt off your phone and is ready to go out." She chuckled sarcastically, rolling her eyes and smirking at the same time. I sighed but also couldn't help but chuckle a bit.

"Yeah. But unlike you, I take my time and is not an early bird for everything I do." I innocently replied, making her furrow her eyebrows and then laughing it off, which made me laugh along. We both stepped out of our apartment and Elesha locked it, like always. We slowly made our way outside and got into the car, me putting a random album on and drove to our mini gig at the park. The guys, Tom, Jared and Chris already had everything sorted and so all we had to do is meet them. Yippee. Less work for us.

----------------------------------------------------

After what felt like a 10 minute drive, we finally arrived at our destination; The 'Russel Freeman Park' in Idaho, USA. We made our way to a little stage where the guys were sitting, obviously waiting for us. Elesha sped towards them, trying not to make them wait any longer then they have. I sped up too, abruptly staying behind her until we finally got to the guys, who was annoyed with us to say the least. Oops my fault.

"Hey guys. Sorry we're late. Georgia kept us waiting. Again." She explained to them, emphasising on the word 'again' and giving me a glare when she said my name. All three of them glanced at me annoyed, and I just shrugged my shoulders in response. Eh. Whatever.

"But at least your here. Now we need to actually perform something." Jared, our vocalist, pointed out. He walked over to the mic and tapped it, doing a mini sound check. Chris effortlessly grabbed a guitar and did a check on that, me and Elesha picked up our guitars that the guys kindly brought here and got ready and seconds later, our drummer, Tom had followed us. As crowds began to gather, I began to panic a little. Chris came over to me and put a hand on my shoulder.

"You'll do great!" He smiled at me and in response, all I could manage was a nod and a smile.

"Thanks."

Once we was all set up, Jared cleared his throat and tapped the mic.

"Are you guys ready to rock?!" He screamed into it, making a small amount of people scream. Jared noddes and signaled to us, and Tom did the drumstick count in and we started to play our first song; A cover of Knives and Pens.

Alone at last, we can sit and fight
And I've lost all faith in this blurring light
But stay right here we can change our plight
We're storming through this despite what's right

One final fight, for this tonight
Whoa, with knives and pens we made our plight
Lay your heart down the ends in sight
Conscience begs for you to do what's right
Everyday it's still the same dull knife
Stab it through and justify your pride

One final fight, for this tonight
Whoa, with knives and pens we made our plight
Whoa and I can't go on without your love
You lost, you never held on
We tried our best
Turn out the light
Turn out the light

One final fight, for this tonight
Whoa, with knives and pens we made our plight
Whoa and I can't go on without your love
You lost, you never held on
We tried our best
Turn out the light
Turn out the light

Chris ended the last guitar chord and Jared took a bow. Everyone who was was watching were cheering for us, asking for another song. We all looked at each other and me, Elesha and Chris started with the chords for 'The Black' by Asking Alexandria. Tom started on the drums and Jared finally came in last.

Bury me
Just leave me to sleep in the dirt
Finish me
I'm floating away
There's a demon staring straight through your eyes
Am I wasting my time?
Something's turning inside of me
You make me feel like I'm fucking drowning (I need to cut you out, I need to cut you out)
You made my world come crashing down around me
(I need to cut you out)

Oh God I wish you'd just speak to me
Black is all that I see
Speak to me
You used to be all that I needed

I've been crucified and hung out to dry
Yet my heart still beats and I feel so alive
This time I'll fight for myself as you try to fuck me over
I bet you never cared
I knew you never cared
You make me feel like I'm fucking drowning (I need to cut you out, I need to cut you out)
You made my world come crashing down around me
(I need to cut you out)

Speak to me
Black is all that I see
Speak to me
You used to be all that I needed

I need to cut you out, I need to cut you out
I need to cut you out, I need to cut you out
I wish you could save me
There's something lost inside
I'm scared it might kill me
All my life I've needed you with me
You've always let me down
But still I try
Don't leave me here
I need you around (don't turn your back on me, don't turn your back on me)
Lift my feet off the ground (I can't cut you out)
Your tongue like a knife
Your eyes cut like daggers
I don't feel a thing 'cause I'm so dead inside
Lift my feet off the ground
Don't leave me here
I need you around, ah

A few songs and a lot of cheering after, the mini gig ended. We all took our bows and slowly made our way back to the truck.

"That. Was. Amazing." Tom commented, a smile plastered on his face.

"Yeah. If we keep on going the way we are, we will be as famous as Black Veil!" Elesha replied, a small fake smile, forming on her face.

"Imagine of we get to meet them and tour with them. That is seriously my dream." I stated while they loaded the last piece of equipment onto the truck.

"Yeah. That would be awesome." Jared muttered, looking at me. We made eye contact for a brief millisecond and he looked away, embarrassed. What was that for? Oh well. My thoughts got broke by Chris shouting at the top of his lungs.

"So who wants to go to Maccies?!"

"Me!" A chorus of voices answered.

"Well lets gooooo"
