Cerulean's dorm room is very basic, with pure white beds, walls and chairs. In alot of ways, her room is just like everyone elses. That being said, there is one huge difference. You probably wouldn't even realise it.
It's completely underwater. Every part of it, every piece, no part is unsubmerged. She loves to move around in the water and feeling free. It makes her feel at home like she is back in Atlantis.
