I have lots of Villain Ocs and as this RP progresses I will probably make even more. Each will most likely obtain a chapter based on them and their antics, but If requested you could go and battle one yourself.
IMPORTANT: All these Ocs are part of a secret underground organization known as NexGen Inc. Thi is a rich industrial corporation with a skyscraper in Gotham and a large building in Metropolis. Supposedly, they are manufacturers and developers of medicine for third-world countries to vaccinate against deadly diseases.

Family: He doesn't really have any, but it's not important. Trust me, this has no bearing on the story or his character arch. He is an entirely random character.
Significant Other/Crush: None. He had a fiance that cheated on him and left him for a richer, more successful man.
Personality: Manipulative and deceitful, this guy knows exactly what to do to get you to love him, to worship him, to work for him. He'll plan everything down to the last step and when you stop being nessicary, you stop being... well.... alive. He has stopped forming emotional attachments completely and isolates himself romanticly.

Abilities: This guy is one of the smartest men in the world and is capable of planning extremely detailed schemes. Not only is he extremely smart, he has trained himself to understand and "Deduce" human behaviors. This talent allows him to understand how people are feeling and use it to his advantage.
