Just Because Of You

Chapter 2

    Next morning, I heard the bell
Who could be up so early this morning, I said to myself.

     Came out from bed just to get the door, seriously it was no one but 'Annie'.

I just couldn't believe my eyes cos she had never come to my house so early.  Even if she was alone at home, she always went to Chard's place and came to my house in the afternoon

I let her in, we went to my room but I kept giving her a questioning look, I just didn't know where to Start asking her questions .

   Where is mum she asked, in her room I said.
 

      Why?
 
Why wat she said
I asked again, why did you come here this early .

      Is that how to tell your best pal, thanks .
By asking me questions, she threw it back at me. You couldn't even welcome me????

        Welcome you??? I asked her. Yes, she said.

    I can't welcome you, you know why, I turned to look her in the face, cos this is not you.

    She turned towards the door and broke down in tears, what's up with you, I asked Annie.  She kept crying I just had to let her come down.

  Christine, Mum called
Who are you talking to or have..................................
No Mum it's Annie. Mum looked at me with a surprise face, I just nodded to tell her it was true.

    She wanted to start asking get but I told her I would tell her about it when the time is right cos Annie has not told me anything.

      Going back to my room, Mum called back to remind me we will be going shopping in the afternoon. Like seriously I have not made my list, but I had to know wat was wrong with Annie.
I got back just to see her sleep like a baby. I know I have to let her be, but could it be cos Annie I have come to know for year's never gets angry or upset. I just prayed she was OK.

     I finished my shopping list, had my bath in no time, I was prepared and Annie was already awake, I just knew I couldn't ask any questions for the day.

  Annie, I said. Would you like to come with mum and I for shopping, sure she said.

   We came back from the shopping mall, I did what I had to do, then saw Annie off.
