Ellis thought

Back to present

Nicks pov:

I continued running down the streets reaching the gun store where piles of infected were groaning and walking in.

There were more gun shots.

I grabbed my shot gun from out of my belt and started hooting those shit heads.

I could slightly see ellis through the stained, dirty glass window.

He looked so hot when he was attacking.

Wait what am I saying

He's a kid and I'm a man

But his hair slides back all wavy underneath his hat and it looks so good

No nick the is a apocalypse

Not a childish playground romance novel.

I shook the thought from my head and continued running to save ellis.

I finished shooting the infected from outside and around the store and ellis finished of the ones inside the store.

"You alright kid?" I asked

"I'm fine" he said back with a grin.

As we picked up the guns and started walking back to the safe room.

The was a crying/groaning noise.

"Wait here kid" I said sternly and began to search the area

But ellis completely ignored my orders and started following.

underneath a pile of rubble from a broken car

There was...... A witch!!

It pounced out at me and I started shooting

As it was about to slash my face

I blacked out

The last thing I saw before it got blurry was a gun shooting right in the witches forehead and ellis running towards me.. Then it all went black.

Ellis' pov:

As I shit the witch in tha head u noticed nick had passed out! As soon as I saw him I fell to my knees

And started crying

Why? what? how?

Could I actually have feelings for him

No I couldn't

And besides even if I did, nick wouldn't ever want anything to do with me when this is all over.... If it's all over.

I grabbed nicks arm and put it over my shoulder to give him support and to stand him up

Then started to walk slowly and carefully back to the safe room
