New chacter wip

I don't have a picture for this dude but I have little bit of his boi :3

Name: biscuit

Gender: male

Age: 6 (in cat years :3)

Sexuality: straight

Species: cat/peacock

Information?: he is American/British cat/peacock  but he Claims he is 100% British (he does a bit of a accent :3). he is in love with history and loves to learn about the revolutionary war even though America Won. He is very outgoing and loves to prance around. Sadly he doesn't have a lot of friends but he sure has fun playing by himself. (If he had and there wasn't a time gap between these two it would be george :3)

Looks: he is a sand colored fur and white chest and light brownish muzzle tom   with bright blue eyes. He had very dark green feathers that come down a bit from his back and all the way to his tail. He has a very fluffy feathery tail and can move his tail like a scorpion and spread open his feathers like a peacock. He is very fluffy and small and his a black nose.
