A Woman's Heart

What is that I see?

Is it a thundering sea?

Or is it a rainy day?

What can I say?

It is red and pumping

Still living?

I thought you wished to be gone

Then why cry a pond?

Is that a crack I see?

I hope its not what I see

For it is a woman's heart that weeps

It seems so fragile and weak

Like a broken glass that cannot be mended properly

It shatters more bitterly and miserably

What can I do?

Because all that I can do is to stand and see

What is that I see?
