Love's Beat

It beats fast

When I catch you

Looking at me

It pumps adrenaline to my head,

Making me blush even harder

I try to come up with an excuse

But my tongue twists

My hair rises

And so does the goosebumps

I rub my arms

And cross my legs

I look down at the floor

To avoid blushing further

However, I catch your eyes

And caught you smiling
