After sleeping for what felt like hours to you, you woke up from you nap. As you took a glance at the clock beside you, you realized that actually just slept for an hour. You were still tired as you had been sick for the whole night.
Your boyfriend, Manuel would return anytime soon as he had been away due to an away game with his football team. You didn't even bother to tell him that you were sick, as it would have only worried him. Besides that, he couldn't do anything against it.
Still feeling terrible you got out of the bed to go downstairs to make yourself some chamomile tea.
Suddenly your boyfriend's voice startled you as you were just entering the kitchen. "Good Morning Love." He said and gave you a big smile. You just nodded at him and looked onto the floor, you still felt terribly sick and tired.
"Are you okay? You seem tired." Manuel said worriedly and took a step closer to you.
You shrugged your shoulders "I have been sick all night. To be honest I feel like crap. I didn't get to sleep more than an hour and I have an headache plus I still feel sick.", you murmured softly as you laid your head against his chest.
"Why didn't you call me? Or at least sent me a text?"
"It wouldn't have made a difference."
"Do you want to go to the doctors?" Manuel asked as he stroke through your messy hair.
"No need for that. I think it's just the flu."
"If you aren't feeling better by tomorrow I will drag you there.", he laughed softly and continued to stroke through your hair.
"Deal.", you said quietly. "I just wanted to make myself tea."
"I can do that, sweetheart." With that Manuel pressed a kiss against your forehead and entered the kitchen.
