Scar and I made our way to our bedrooms. The first thing I thought when I entered my room is what the hell am I going to wear. I opened my closet and stood there. I don’t have very many clothes to choose from so this shouldn’t be hard. I pulled out a vengeance university T-shirt and decided to wear that. I walked over to my drawers and opened up the second one down. I figure I won’t want wanna pass out from the heat so I go with a pair of jean shorts with a couple tears in them. I decided against jewelry because I knew if I wore it, I would end up losing it.

Now, on to makeup. I’ve always had this thing where I always wore makeup in public. No matter where I am, I’m wearing makeup. I grabbed my eye shadow and decided to go with purple to match my shirt. After applying a base, I put on a dark layer of metallic purple eye shadow. After I was satisfied with that, I grabbed my eyeliner. I did I thick, black outline around both my eyes. Finally, I covered a couple blemishes. I was done.

“April! We have to leave in five minutes if we wanna get a spot up front!” I heard Scar call from the kitchen

“Okay, let me just grab my shoes!” I yelled back. I put on socks and grabbed my black converse. I sat on my bed and put them on. Before I left my room, I put my hair back in a ponytail. I didn’t bother doing it all pretty because it would be a mess before the concert even started. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a water from the fridge. I looked over at Scar who seemed to be deep in though. “Wanna leave now?” I asked her.

“Yea, sure.” She said, snapping back into reality. I followed Scar outside, making sure to lock the door behind me. “You ready for the time of your life?” Scar asked me as I got in the car.

“Yes, now drive.” I said with a smile. We spent the whole car ride listening to Avenged Sevenfold disc’s. As we pulled into the arena, I could feel my heartbeat pick up. I couldn’t believe I was actually going to meet my idols, even if it was only for a couple minutes.

“Oh my god, April. We’re actually here.” Scar said.

“I know. It’s so amazing.” I said looking around. There were already some fans lined up at the door. Scar parked the car and we both got out. As we made our way to the doors, I felt like I could puke tears. I couldn’t even began to explain how excited I was. The feeling was amazing yet awful at the same time. “I can’t wait!” I said to Scar. I looked aver at her when she didn’t respond but she was to interested in something else. “What are ya lookin at, Scar” I said, tapping her on the shoulder.

“Look, it’s their tour bus!” She said pointing to a huge bus across the parking lot. “Can you believe that they actually stepped foot on there. I mean, they live in there! Oh, what I would give to take a look inside.” She said dreamily.

“Scar, don’t go all psycho fangirl on me. I’m excited, too. But, there’s no reason to go through their stuff. I don’t know about you but I’d like to spend my life OUTSIDE a jail cell” I said.

“Yea, yea. I was just wondering what it’s like in there.” She said. I laughed and leaned against a railing next to me. This would probably be the best night of my life.
