The Age Gap {Min Yoongi x Reader}

Chapter 2

Y/N POV

I woke up at 9AM and quickly jumped into the shower. I was excited for today. I got to eat lunch with Suga today. Which would have to make him pay, and me and Sindy are going to the airport to wait and see if my dad came home. Theres always no guarantee if he made it back, but we always go. The only scary part about it is that when he isn't there we have to check the dead list. 

I changed into my favorite outfit and quickly wrote an update for a story that I was writing. My phone buzzed.

Suga: Hey I'm leaving in 30 minutes. See ya there!

Y/N: Okay I'll be leaving soon!

I put my phone down and smiled. I don't know why I am. I never felt this way. Do I...like him? No I possibly can't. If I liked him like that way people might think i'm jail baiting. But I mean I never really cared for age gaps. 

I brushed the thought out of my head as I grabbed my purse and headed out. Panda Express was about a 13 minute walk from my house so I was in no rush. 

~Time skip to where you both arrive~

I was sitting down at a table waiting for him when I heard the bell indicating that a person came in. I looked up and saw him. He was smiling and his skin was perfect and I just wanted to stare at him all day long. Ugh what am I thinking? 

I stood up and walked to him and we started to talk about all the random things we could. I learned that his favorite color is white, and he loves meat. And when I mean meat I mean he loves it like he would marry it. 

We talked for what felt like hours. I looked down at the time and saw that it was 1:53. "Hey Suga-" "You can call me Yoongi" He interupted which made me laugh. "Okay Yoongi, Its about time to leave. I can give you directions to Sindys." I said with a smile. 

He gave me a ride and dropped me off. I waved goodbye and walked into her house. I felt my hpone buzz again and I looked at it.

Suga: Lets do that again sometime. It was fun!

Y/N: Yeah! Can't wait!

I shut my phone off and sighed a happy sigh and went up to Sindys room. 

"Hey almost ready to head out?" I asked her. She turned around and smiled. "Yeah and I found another band! They haven't debuted yet but I want you to see this guy right here! His name is Lee Felix and he is apart of the band Stray Kids. I really want to meet him." She said smiling. "Calm down girlk you just met BTS yesterday." I said laughing. She smiled and grabbed her bag and pulled me out of the house.

Her mom sat in the front seat while she drove. She already got her learners permit a month ago, but this was the first time her mom allowed her to drive with me in the car. Honestly her driving skills were kind of scary but I learned to just accept that she was giving me a ride to see if my dad came back. 

~Time skip to the airport~

I arrived at the airport with Sindy and her mom, but her mom was hungry so she went to a McDonald's and got herself some food. I ran towards the place where they would be arriving and waited. SIndy caught up and took the seat next to me with her mom a few minutes behind her. 

I heard girls screaming and were huddled around some people. Curosity took the best of me so I went to go see. I squeezed myself into the crowed and got to the front to see a  band that I now knew all too well. BTS. I squinted my eyes and rubbed them to make sure that I was seeing right. Were they leaving already? I looked up to see Yoongi taking pictures with some girls and jealousy burned in my heart. I shouldn't even like this guy. I'm way too young. The girl he is taking a picture with seems to be more of his age. I mean what could I expect theres a 10 year gap between us. He met eye contact with me and looked around him. I quickly ran out of the group and ran back to my seat next to Sindy. Tears were threatning to fall but I made sure they didn't. Why cry over a boy who was never destined to be mine. 

Sindy looked over at me, "What were those girls screaming over?" She asked. I didn't turn to look at her, "Some boy band." I responded. I felt my phone buzz but I didn't dare look at it. After thirty minutes of waiting I feel asleep on Sindys shoulder. I was woke awake but a hand and noticed Sindy right in front of me. I looked up and saw that the flight had landed I quickly jumped up and went to the entrance. 

Many people flooded out but all of them weren't the one I was looking for. All of a sudden a certain fear came into my body. My dad had never been gone htis long. I walked over to where they put the dead list and started to scan it. I started from the top and worked my way through. My eyes stopped on a certain name that was all too familiar. There was my dads name written on the paper. 

My legs went numb as I fell to the floor. Quickly Sindy rushed towards me with tears in her eyes also. I cried out on the floor in her arms as she held me. Her mom walked over to us and hugged us also. Other people saw us and felt sorry for us. I cried my heart out of the airport foor for what felt like hours. Only one thing crossed my mind. I didn't say goodbye when I left the house today.
