Chapter 5: In old time's sake

Next day Jess and I met at a not very cliché buffet at a hotel. After eating Jess took me by the hand and took me outside, called a taxi and gave the driver some directions.

-"Jess, where are we going?" I said with a confused smile

-"Somewhere for old times sake"

-"Hey, i recognize those directions... Let me think."

-"Take your time. Just kidding hurry up!"

-"Oh my God! I remember, we are going to that amusement park?!"

-"So you remembered!"

-"How couldn't I?"

-"Yeah, we used to go there every weekend!"

-"Don't you think we are a little too tall for the rides now?"

-"Maybe a little bit!" Jess said between slight giggles.

"We are here!" the taxi driver nodded.

We got out of the taxi and ran like little girls to buy the tickets.

-"They're on me! Jess said

-"Ey, ey, ey, your's might be on you but mine's on me!"

-"Emma, Emma, Emma!" Jess said as we walked to the entrance, they let us in easily.

-"Hey! We are in!" I screamed

-"Would you keep it down! People is going to think we are some kind of killers!" Jess said as some kids stared at us.

-"Not necessarily killers, maybe robbers, or ghost busters!" I threw back and we both laughed.

-"Hey look! Little Bobby's roller coaster!" Little Bobby's roller coaster was the fastest and scariest, i never dared to ride it. It was gigantic and hella fast. But i was 22 now! What do I do?

-"Oh yeah...Lets leave it for the last..."

-"Don't tell me you are still afraid!? But ok, best for last!"

They day passed extremely fast, we rode every ride, but it was time... To ride "Little Bobby's roller coaster". Jess was pumped but i was scared as hell.

-"Yes! Im exited, I love this ride!" Jess said as the line was moving faster every second.

-"Ok, truth be told, I'm scared as shoot right now..." I said between scared giggles.

-"Don't worry, everything will be ok!"

-"OH SHOOT! Its time..." I said as the man bucked us up.

-"Eyy... Chill Emma!"

-"Ok but Im holding your hand tight!"

-"IT'S STARTING!"

The ride started and i screamed all the way. It was awesome, I never felt more alive.

-"Emma! How'd you like it?!"

-"NO WORDS! Ok ok... 3 words; I loved it!"

-"AGAIN!?"

-"You don't have to tell me twice!"

We rode that ride a few times more and then called a taxi, this time I gave him some directions.

-"Emmily Parker! Are we going to the disco?!"

-"Maybe..." I said while laughing

-"You just gave him, the driver, the directions to the disco!"

-"ITS TIME TO PAARTY!"

-"WHOOO!"

We both danced all night and had fun!
