(Ashley's POV)
"I kinda feel bad about dissing Kal like that," I said pushing my moving squid tentacle around my plate.
"Frankly I'm glad she's not here, she's such a brat," Fox replied pushing her plate of Lord-only-knows-what aside.
Matt pushed her,"Why do you have to be so mean?"
"Yeah, she dis nothing to you."
"Well I know she tries to get people to feel bad for her because she is missing a arm."
We all paused, noticing the lunch room grew immensely quiet. I turned toward the door and saw Master Chief carrying Kalmiya, her visor was cracked and had blood trickling out of it. I threw my plate away and followed Master Chief to the nurses office.
Then he closed the door, blocking us out.
