It's been one hour since Cole got to the library with Garvey. The only other people there are the Keeper and Coles father.

"Garvey?" The Keeper asks as said male looks up. "Could you step out with me for a moment?" Garvey seems a little unsure but nods anyway. The two left the room, leaving Cole and his father alone.

Cole shuffled a little as he looked around. He caught his fathers gaze and looked away immediately, nervous of what would happen.

"Don't ignore me Cole." He heard a deep voice horse out. Cole looks over at him and blinks dully. He heavies a sigh and looks down.

"What?" He states plainly. William looks at Cole with an unamused gaze and crosses his arms.

"I am your father. You do not talk to me like that!" Cole wanted to flinch, but he stops himself from doing so. Cole just shrugs and turns away.

"And I am your son, you should not be abusing me. Life's not fair, father, sadly we don't always get what we want." Cole didn't regret what he said as his father glares at him.

"Why you good for nothing little-" Garvey and Peter walk back inside the room right before his father could finish his sentence. Cole was grateful for the intermission.

During the time of Garvey leaving, Peter had shown up. The two talked for a few seconds before heading in. They stopped dead on their tracks and looked at the sight before them.

Cole and William glaring at one another. Almost ready to lunge at their throats. Garvey sighs and pulls the boys out, leaving William alone.

"What are you thinking Cole?" Peter growls out clearly pissed. Cole crosses his arms and glares at Peter.

"You're not my damn boss Peter. I do what I please." Cole responds and leans against the wall. Peter huffs and turns away.

No, Cole and Peter aren't on the best terms. Peter still doesn't want Cole getting hurt!  As the two have a silent argument, Garvey looks back and forth between them confusedly.

Finely, after what seems like forever, Cole scoffs and walks over to Peter. Garvey readied himself to intervene just incase Cole lashes out physically.

Peter narrows his eyes warily as Cole drags his feet against the floor towards him. Cole rises his hands and Peter flinches, but is met with arms wrapped around him.

Cole burrows his head in Peter's neck and clings to him like a little kid. Peter freezes at Coles actions and stares at Garvey as confusion is detected in both of their faces.

After a few moments Cole pulls away and walk off somewhere else. Leaving Peter to stare after him with unspoken thoughts of utter disbelief.

//ahh, this is shorter than my plain!! Sorry...//
