The truth

Ladybug arrived at the top of the Eiffel Tower where she was sure to find cat.
"You came?" Cat said with a smile.
"Well. I did tell you didn't I?" Ladybug asked
"Well Yes. I just wasn't quite sure if you'd come or not hehe." Cat said with an strange tone.
Ladybug let out a small giggle.
"Here, take a seat." Cat said as he pulled out a chair for ladybug.
"Thanks... the sunsets really beautiful tonight. I'm glad I came." Ladybug said as she looked at cat with a cute smile.
Cat blushed. "Well. No problem M'lady, I hoped you would've liked it."
"I do cat, I really do."
Cat smiled while watching ladybugs eyes look up to the sky as the sun had set.
"Um, ladybug. I-I need to tell you something." Cat had said very nervously.
"Sure, anything." Ladybug has assured cat.
"Now, I've been wanting to tell you this since the first time I laid eyes on you...Ladybug I-I..." Cat began to blush and get nervous
"You?"
"I l-love you, and I was gonna tell you sooner but, I never had the courage to tell you." Cat said while hiding away his face.
"Oh." Ladybug said with a little disappointment.
"What, what's wrong?" Cat was getting curious.
"Well it's just that.. *sigh*"
"Yeah?" Cat was getting worried.
"You love me and, I don't think it's fair that it's the fact that, I-i only think of you as a friend Cat, I'm sorry."
"Oh..." Cat said
Ladybug sighed as she had known that she's hurt cat.
"Well...thank you for joining me this afternoon ladybug, I-I should get home now."
"Cat Wait!"
But it was too late. Cat already left, and so ladybug left feeling bad about what happened.

*at Adrien's house*
"Plagg, claws in." He said with disappointment.
"Oh, don't be sad Adrien, she thinks of you as a friend. That's a good start...right?" Plagg asked.
"I guess, I just.."
"You just?" Plagg said
"Never mind. You wouldn't understand, goodnight Plagg." Adrien said as he got into bed and went to sleep telling himself that tomorrow is bound to be a better day.
