There was a little girl in Yorkshire once. Her parents called her 'Miriam', her friends called her 'Miri' and her dog called her 'Woof'. She would stand outside the bakery near her house and stare at the cupcakes through the window while drooling all over the window. The baker, Olaf would often notice this and try to ignore her and her drool. One day as Miri stood outside, drooling, Olaf came up to her and gave her a cloth and a 20 pence coin. Thus began Miriam's first job as a window cleaner.

With cleaner and clearer windows, more sunlight entered and the heat in the bakery rose. The bakery products thus couldn't even last the day. Olaf suffered huge losses each day as his products would get spoilt quicker. Eventually, he couldn't take the weight of the debt on his shoulders so he shifted it to his hip, turned on the oven and got inside. His body was found a few weeks later, on the Chief of Police's birthday who rushed in, angry that Olaf hadn't sent a complimentary cake.
