While Nico was in the infirmary, the crew of the Argo II had a movie night, Jason invited Nico who asked if he would bring Will (saying that was the only way he would get out of the infirmary). Jason said yes. Later when everyone was watching Disney movies, Will started flirting with Nico again who responded by flirting back in Italian to Will who then got super flustered. By the end, Jason, Percy, Hazel, Piper, Franks, and Annabeth weren't watching the movie anymore and just watching Will and Nico.
