//chapter 7//

Harvey's POV:
So I'm currently heading home with Scarlett and Max thankfully Tyler didn't come as he had some school stuff to finish
"Wanna go shopping someday bestie?" Max says to Scarlett
"Yass!" Scarlett says making Max laugh
Max and Scarlett are like best friends they are super close but I don't really mind them being good friends as Max is my brother and I know him really well!
We get home and Max grabs Scarlett's hand which annoyed me

Max's POV:
I held Scarlett's hand
"Let's make Harvey jelouse."  I whispered in her ear
I could already tell Harvey was glaring at me
"What no" Scarlett whispered back
But I carried Scarlett and she wrapped her legs around my waist and I quickly took her to my room and locked the door
"Give my girlfriend back!" Harvey shouted tried to get in
I tried my hardest not to laugh and I could tell Scarlett was trying to hold in her laugh too
"Scarlett don't let him touch you!" Harvey shouted while banging on the door.
Scarlett opened the door and Harvey came in
"OMG Scarlett are you alright?!" Harvey's asked
"Yes we where just kidding"Scarlett said giggling
Me and Harvey laughed
"Anyways wanna go to Starbucks?" Harvey asked
"Sure" Scarlett said
"I can't I have stuff to do" I said
Well actually I didn't have anything to do but I didn't wanna third wheel so I just made a up a excuse

Harvey's POV:
At Starbucks ordering drinks
We where in line and a guy our age took our order
"Hey how can I help you?" He asked
"Could I have a ice green tea lemonade?" Scarlett said
"Do you wanna know how you can help me?" The guy asked Scarlett
Scarlett just shrugged her shoulders
"Here" the guy handed her a pice of paper which I assume has his number on it
"You know I'm her boyfriend?" I said
He just winked at Scarlett and I put my arms on her waist I was mad. Really mad!
"See you later love." The dude said to Scarlett
We left and sat down on a table
"Are you going to cheat on me?" I asked her trying to not make eye contact while sipping my drink
"No never!" She said with concern in her eyes
"It's just that all the guys seem to be into you and their are plenty of hot guys out there that are better than me" I said trying not to cry
"Harvey I love you! Only you!" She said
(Sorry if this is really cheesy)
I just smiled at her and leaned in for a kiss
This was our second kiss!!!
But someone had to ruin it
"Hey there beautiful" the random dude from Starbucks said
Scarlett didn't reply
"I forgot to tell you my name I'm Cody!" He said with a smirk on his face
"She's not interested!" I said angrily
Cody moved a pice of hair from Scarlett's face and put it behind her ear
"A beautiful girl like you should be with me" he said lifting up her chin
I got mad. Really mad so I just grabbed Scarlett's hand and walked away but Cody followed us
"Wait up!" He said
He put his hand on Scarlett's cheek and kissed her but Scarlett pulled away
"Stop" she said
I quickly pushed the dude off her
"She's mine not yours!" I said furiously
"You will be mine Scarlett I'm not done yet" he said leaving
I couldn't help but cry and I left Scarlett and ran to my room
I realized I was never Scarlett's protector, she was mine

Scarlett's POV:
Harvey left crying
I tried to chase him but he was to fast I decided to text him
(H=Harvey) (S=Scarlett
S: Harvey please
S: reply to me
S: your making me worried
H: sorry love
S: why are you sorry?
H: I over reacted
S: no you didn't you helped me
H: I love you
S: I love you more
H: is it alright if we hang later i need time
S: of course byee❤️
H: I love you❤️

I rushed to my room and decided to go skate boarding
(After skate boarding)
It's been a while I decided to check in on Harvey to see if he was alright
I rang the bell and Max opened it
"Hey bestie" I said cheerfully
"Um hi" he said nervously
He didn't seem happy like usual
"Is Harvey up in his room?" I asked
"Ummm yeah.." he mumbled
I walked up to Harvey's room and I saw him kissing a girl who seemed way older than me
"Harvey?!" I shouted
"Scarlett it doesn't look like that!" He said worried
I ran out of there house crying I could hear Harvey chasing me and calling my name

Max's POV:
Scarlett ran out of our house crying I slapped Harvey
"How could you dumbass!" I shouted at him
Harvey stopped following Scarlett so I followed her instead I saw her crying behind a tree
"Why me?" She asked her self over and over again
I put a hand on her shoulder and she looked up
She has red eyes and tear stains
I just sat down next to her and sang to her softly she laid her head on my shoulder and I put my arm around her
"Harvey doesn't deserve you." I told her
"But Why did he do what he did?" She asked
"I don't know" I said
"There has to be an explanation.." she said
"I'll text him." I said
(M=Max) (H=Harvey)
M: wtf Harvey
H: u don't understand
M: what do you mean?
H: she said she'd hurt Scarlett
M: so why did u kiss her?
H: she said if I kissed her she wouldn't tell
M: well you hurt Scarlett already so you should be upset
H: I am
M: she's crying in my arms
H: do u like her more than a friend
[Harvey was seen on read]

Do I like her more than a friend? I think I do
I kissed her forehead gently
"What was that for?" She asked
"I don't know" I said nervously
"What did Harvey say." She asked
I explained everything
"Okay I'll go see him.." she said nervously
"Wait!" I said
She turned around to face me
I just kissed her and she kissed back
