Harvey's POV:
I'm currently waiting for Scarlett downstairs while she dresses as we are going to the beach
"Scarlett are you done yet?" I whined
"No" she shouted from upstairs
Jeez how long does it take for her to get dressed
After a long 5 minutes she comes down
"Finally!" I say in relief
She giggles and drags me out the door
"Let's go to the beach!" She giggles
We get to the beach
"Yay!" She squeals in excitement
She sure does love the beach

Scarlett's POV:
I take off my layers of clothes so I'm left with my swimsuit
I could see Harvey scanning be from head to toe
"Damn you hawt!" He says putting his hands on my waist
"You fit!" I say back while playing with his hair
Harvey picks me up and throws me in the water
"Hoovey!" I shout
He laughs and jumps in with me
"Cannon ball!" He shouts and jumps in the water
I giggle
After a long time swimming I was craving ice cream
"Harvey?" I say
"Yes beautiful" He says
"Can we get ice cream?" I say with puppy eyes
"Yas ice cream!" He squeals
We walked across the beach which led us to the ice cream place

Harvey POV:
"How may I help you?" The guy asked
"Can I have a cookie dough ice cream please." I say
"Could I have chocolate." Scarlett asked
"Sure!" The guy said and winked at Scarlett
Scarlett blushed
I got really mad but I wasn't bothered to fight with the guy
The guy handed our ice cream and we walked off

Scarlett's POV:
We sat down on a bench while eating our ice creams
"Harvey?" I said
He didn't reply
He was just staring at the ocean
"Um hello?" I say trying to snap him out of his thoughts
"Oh sorry!" He said jumping out of his thoughts
"You alright?" I asked him
"Um yeah" he said
I could tell he wasn't okay
"Your not okay." I said to him
"Let's just go." He said getting up
I just followed him
And on the way home it was silent he didn't say a word
I don't know why he's so annoyed
When we got home I saw Max sleeping on the couch
I tried to wake him up and get him into his bed
"Harvey?" I whispered so I wouldn't wake Max up
He turned around
"Can you help me lift Max up?" I asked
He shrugged and went upstairs
I sighed and tried to pick Max up
He woke up
"I wanna sleep mom!" He whined
"I'm not your mum silly!" I said annoyed
"Oh sorry." He said while rubbing his eyes
He went upstairs to the guest room but stopped
"Harvey is sleeping in the guest room." He sighed
"What He usually sleeps with me" I say confused
"I guess I should go back to the couch" Max frowned
"You can sleep with me?" I suggested
He smiled and we each took our side on the bed

[3am]
I woke up at 3am because Max was super close to me
I could feel him breathing on my neck and I could feel his abs touching my back
It was really cute because he had his arms around me and his hands where intertwined with mine
I tried to let go but he was to strong
My other hand was free so I started play with his hair
Max's eyes lit up
"You like my hair?" He smirked
I just smiled
He kissed my cheek and he cuddled me
And slowly my eyes where heavy and I fell asleep
