Kiss Cam (Camren)

One shot

*This is my first time writing fanfiction and English is not my first language… so I hope you understand what I was writing. I’m so sorry if it’s hard to understand or if the story was boring. My phone was broken and I’m so bored until I have the courage to write a fanfic but not brave enough to write a long story so I just write a one shot. I’m sorry again and thank you for giving your time to read this.

Morning has come and it’s time for Camilla to get up and ready for school, her alarm was blaring loudly and she tap a button on her alarm clock to make it stop blaring. She get out of bed and goes to the bathroom to clean up.

       After she’s getting ready for school, she goes to the kitchen and sitting on the chair with her father and sister while her mother preparing breakfast. “Good morning”, she greets her family and gets a replied “morning” by her family.

      After finishing breakfast, she put her plate on the sink and then gives her parents a kiss on the cheek then she walks to the door. “kaki, where’s my kiss”, her sister pout while cross her hand. “aww, my cute Iittle sister, I thought you will never ask”, she smile and then give her sister a kiss on both cheek and forehead. “Now give me a kiss” she said and then her sister also doing the same to her by giving a kiss on both cheek and forehead.

      After saying good bye to her family, she get out from the house and start walking while wearing her earphone. Any other day, Dinah will drive her to school but today is different, she get a message this morning from Dinah and it said that she will be late to school. It  her 20 minute of walking but who cares, she likes to walk because it makes her calm, and walking is like an exercising.

      When she first arrived, she was greet by the students and her friend ally. Ally is the second closest friend of her, the first is Dinah. She greet her friend a good morning and walk to her locker while ally following her. “So mila, did you have permition from your parents to go to the basketball tournament?”, ally asked. Every Friday night, their group will have a sleep over at each other house, tonight they supposedly to have a sleep over at Dinah house but that girl have other plan, which is going to watch a basketball tournament between straighthawk and dangerlions and after that they will go to Dinah house to sleep. The tournament will take place in their town, so it’s like once in a blue moon they can watch it live. “Yup, they let me go to that tournament”, she answers while grinning.
This is her first time to watch live tournament so it makes her exited, let’s just say her parents love her so much and she need to go straight home after school, unless she’s going to have a sleep over at Dinah’s or ally’s house.
     They keep talking about the tournament until the bell rings and they saw the tall girl running to them. “Just in time”, ally said while looking at panting Dinah. “I forgot to do my homework so I woke up early to finish it, I don’t know that it will takes so much time”, she said while trying to catch her breath. “I thought you already finish it??”, camila ask her but instead of answering, she just grinning while rubbing her neck. “I think we better go to class before we are late”, ally said and the three of them start walking to their class. They have most of their classes together, that’s why they’re so close with each other, and it’s hard to see them not being together.
    
       Arrived in their class, they go to their usual seat it’s at the second row for Dinah and ally while camila sitting in front of them beside the girl named cassie. “so what’s the plan for tonight, mila get her parents permition”, ally ask while camila turn behind to look at both of them.
“tonight at 7 I will pick up both of you since the game start at 8 and then we will go to the stadium, when it’s almost 11 we will go back to my house and watch a movie, how that sounds??”, she said while looking at ally and camila. “Sounds good to me”, ally said and then she look at camila.

     “I don’t mind if we arrived at Dinah house before 11, I don’t want to break my parents rule because it’s good enough that they let me go to the tournament”, she answered. After they chatting for a while, the teacher comes in and they start their class.
After several classes, it’s finally lunch time. The trio walk into the cafeteria and goes to their usual table, it’s at the left side of the lunch room. “I’m going to get something to eat”, Dinah said while starting to get up. “Wait, I want to buy something too”, ally said. “Do you want something too mila??”, ally ask her. “Nope, I’m not that hungry”, she answered. When both of them go, camila were left alone and she just focusing on her sandwich which she brought from home.
Suddenly there’s a loud noise coming from a group of students who just entered the cafeteria that makes her raise her head to look at the group of students. When she brought her eyes to look at the group of students, she caught a pair of green eyes looking at her, they have a staring contest until the owner of that eyes wink at her while smiling or rather smirk and then she start joining her group of friends. Camila were left with her heart beating fast and her mind thinking the reason why that green eyes girl were smiling and winking at her, her food were forgotten until Dinah and ally arrived at the table and bring her back to reality.
“What happened?”, Dinah ask, “Are you okay mila?”, ally asks her. She looks at both of them and asks “who’s that girl?”, while pointing toward that green eyes girl. “That’s Lauren our school captain of basketball team, don’t you know mila??” ally ask. “This girl here ally doesn’t like to involve with any sport in our school unless she can get an extra marks. Btw why did you ask, did you take a liking on her??”, Dinah said while smirking. “It’s nothing, I’m just curious”. The bell ring indicates that the rest is over and all the students go to their classes.
After the last bell ring, camila and Dinah walk to their locker , ally are not in the same class as them for the last subject so they just meet her at the locker as their locker are beside each other. After putting all their things in the locker, ally came and stops at her locker to put her things while camila and Dinah were waiting for her. “So, did what did you and your prince talk about after class that makes you late??”, Dinah ask. “He’s not my prince” ally whine, “he’s just a friend”, she add.
“You mean not your prince yet right”, camila said while giggling. “Not you too mila, I thought you will back me up”, ally pout while camila and Dinah were having fun seeing their friend. “I hate both of you” ally said while walks away, both of them followed ally while Dinah put her hand on ally’s shoulder and camila holds her another hand. “You can’t hate us”, Dinah said, “Because you love us” camila add and the three of them walking to Dinah’s car while smiling. What they didn’t know is a pair of green eyes was watching their interaction.
In cabello’s house, a certain Cuban-Mexican girl was getting ready to go to the basketball tournament until her moms called her to inform that Dinah were here to pick her up. After finished the last touch of her makeup, she goes downstairs to say goodbye to her parents and walks to the door. She saw ally already in the car and sitting in passenger seat. So she open the back seat door and get in, “hey guys” she greet her friends and get replied back. All the way to the stadium the three of them were talking about whose going to win.
When they arrived there were many people it’s a good things they can find a parking to park. When they enter the stadium there’s not much seat left but they decide to sit at the back because it’s easy to go out when it’s time to go back, Ally is at the end beside the stairs while her right side is Dinah and camila at the right side of Dinah, her right side were empty. They are the only people that sitting at the last row. As the time past, a lot of people come and the entire seat were full and only the last row that left another 4 or 5 seat which is beside them.
As the game begin, the three of them were focused on the game until there are 4 people sitting beside them or should I say beside camila. “It’s all your fault, you takes so much time to get ready and now the only seat left is at the back.” The girl with short black hair said while crossing her arm. “It’s not my fault, I accidentally fall asleep. At least there’s still an empty seat for us to sit, it’s better than we need to stand while watching”, the girl beside her replied. She can’t get full view of that girl face as the girl were talking with her friends and turn her back to face camila. So she continues watching the game and didn’t think much.
First game was finished and all the players were sitting beside the court either listening to their coach talking about the next strategies or drinking water. Some of the audiences were standing up to go to the bathroom or just going to buy food, while some are just talking with their friends or family. As for them, they were watching the kiss cam that shown on the big screen. The camera was moving from one couple to another couple, some were old and some were young. There’s also a funny scene where this one guy trying to kiss a girl who’s not his girlfriend and at the end he got slapped by that girl.
There’s friend kissing friend, siblings kiss each other, there’s also the same gender kissing each other, old kissing young people and much more. Everyone were watching the big screen and enjoying it. The camera was moving and everyone was excited to see who’s the next person that will appear on the big screen, until the camera stop at camila and the girl beside her.
Camila feels that the times froze when she realized that the girl beside her was that green eyes girl or should she call lauren. Both of them wear the same reaction which is shock, until the audience was asking them to kiss. Camila’s face turn as red as tomato and she’s trying to hide her face behind Dinah, as for lauren she’s blushing but not as red as camila. Lauren’s friends keep asking her to kiss camila just like friend kissing friend and she turn her head to look at camila asking for approval.
Dinah were pursuing camila to kiss lauren just as a friend and the camera still not moving from them, waiting for another show as two young girls that didn’t know each other to kiss. She turn her head and look at lauren and that girl was still waiting for her approval, with her heart beating fast she look on the floor while playing with her fingers and told lauren that she never kissed anyone and she don’t know how to kiss.
“Just closed your eyes, I will do the job”, lauren said with a gentle smile. With that being said camila close her eyes, she felt her heart beating fast as the time keep passing by and then she feel it. She felt lauren’s lips touching her but she didn’t move as she didn’t know what to do. For her dismay that kiss didn’t last long as lauren pull back and she opens her eyes to look at a pair of green eyes that she didn’t know she already takes a liking.
Everyone were cheering for them including their friends, they broke their eye contact and as for camila she cover her face with her hands while blushing, as for lauren she have a big smile on her face while looking at the camera and make a peace sign. After the incident, camila were sitting awkwardly while her heart can’t seem to slow down while lauren keep glancing beside her to look at the girl she just kissed.
The game was still continuing and camila told her friends that it’s almost 11 and they need to go back. They agreed to leave the stadium as the game also almost finished. The three of them standing up and make their way to go out, when camila want to walk away there’s someone grab her hand and makes her turn back to look at the owner of that hand. When she turn her head she saw that the owner of that hand is lauren, both of them look at each other without saying a words until lauren broke the silent by asking her “ where are you guys going?, the game not yet finished”.
“Umm…my parents want me to go back before 11 and I don’t want to break their rules even they are not here”, she replied. camila smiled and say good bye to lauren and her friends and start walking to where ally and Dinah was but just to be stopped again by lauren. “Ca..Can I have your number??”, the green eyes ask while stuttering, her face were bright red while looking down on the floor. camila were giggling with the girl cute attitude and they exchange number and said a good bye.
Dinah and ally who were waiting for her watch the interaction between the two girls while whispering and giggling to each other. After that the three of them were walking out from the stadium. While they are on their way to Dinah’s house, ally and Dinah were talking about the game while camila who were sitting at the back seat looking at outside the window. Suddenly her phone vibrates and she sees that there’s an incoming message.
Lauren : I was searching for a pair of brown eyes, do you know where can I find it??
Camila : there are a lot of people in the stadium, it’s impossible that you can’t find someone that has a pair of brown eyes.
She was giggling while typing the message, what she did not know is her friends were watching her the entire time and they will not let this things pass until they get full detail about that green eyes girl.
Lauren : but there’s only one person that have the brown eyes that I really like to look at and she’s not here.
camila heart was beating faster while she read the message over and over again until she decides to reply.
Camila : and who is that person?? Do I know her??.
Lauren : yes you know her.
Her heart felt like it’s going to come out any second her fingers were shaking and her mind cannot think until she get another message that makes her heart stop but her face wears a big smiles that she never knew she can smile as big as that.
Lauren : that person is you.




*Soo this is the end… the end of my first fanfiction. I’m not sure if I will write again or this is the first and the last. Once again I’m so sorry for my bad English and I don’t know if there’s an author that have write stories about kiss cam. If got I’m sorry but I’m not copying anything from the author. Don’t comment bad things please, because I’m a bit sensitive just a bit maybe…. This is my first time so please have mercy. Btw thank you so much for reading this fanfic, I know it’s not like any other fanfic because im suck at this T^T…. BUT I’m tryinggg, just want to find a new hobby. Thank you again to all of you.
