"In the eyes of the beholder" a phrase used often but almost never taken to mean anything more than lies to tell those who... Do not feel pretty, seems that all guys have a different preference over the personality that lies within the girls they are willing to call their own but the image is rarely altered despite reality, reality is that there are more ordinary people than there are people with perfect smiles, perfect bodies, perfect hair, yet we force ourselves to believe that we are not good enough unless we replicate the starving figures on the front of the magazines piled high on our bookshelves, "they are beautiful and we are not", the story of my life, but it is false, you are beautiful, they are stunning but at what cost, plastic surgeries and botox injections, changing both their appearance and their confidence, then and only then do they appreciate themselves, it took me till now to understand you are the judge of your own beauty, because its not something just visible on the outside, it is on the inside as well, and for such beauty you need more than a mirror, you need an open personality and the knowing mind that the only opinion that matters is your own, for you know beauty in yourself and you are the true beholder
