" you have some explaining to do" Kakashi told Obito, he was happy that Obito was back... somehow ,but something seemed off about Obito.
Obito narrowed his eyes at Kakashi,"so do you!", Kakashis eyes widend , he knew where this was going. Obito looked close to tears," why.did.you.kill.Rin, you
promised me you would protect her!" he spit out each word with as much venom as he could muster.
The Akatsuki knew nothing about Obitos past with the exception of Itachi so they were all curious about this commotion.
The third hokage felt like he was intruding in a personal moment but he was curious about how Obito and Itachi came to be little kids again.
Kakashi looked down in shame, all the memories of that day flooding back. Kakashi suddenly looked up all signs of shame gone from his face,"Rin....died a hero, it was her choice and hers alone, I-I was aiming the chidori at the enemy w-when she jumped in front of me.... It wasn't my fault..." Kakashis determined voice died down and he looked like he was deep in thought.
Obito's eyes teared up, "y-you .... Still promised....". Kakashi was snapped out of his thoughts he was about to reply when Hidan coughed rudely interrupting them, "hello! I'm sorry to interrupt you and Tobi- I mean Obito but we need to move on to more important matters!".
Obito glared at Hidan before giving a look to Kakashi that seemed to say ' I'm not done with you yet'. Kakashi just shrugged before analyzing the other kids, 'none of them seem to ring a bell except Itachi and Obito...'
The third hokage looked at all the kids, analyzing them before noticing that one had uzamaki traits," what's your name young boy?''.
Nagato looked shocked for a second before going back to his normal stoic face," I'm Nagato". "surname?" the hokage asked suspiciously. The entire akatsuki seemed interested in this question because they all snapped out of there thoughts.
Nagato looked suspicious,' what's with the sudden intrest?,however if I don't answer he might take it the wrong way ,guess I have no choice' . " my surname is... Uzamaki" he replied hesitantly.
The 3rd hokage and Kakashi both exchanged shocked looks before they snapped out of it," Obito care to explain how you suddenly got back from the dead and don't look a day older than six ?"
" IM EIGHT" obito shouted , ' oh shit, I think being in a eight year old body is starting to actually affect me!, damn, well there goes plan infinite Tsukuyomi '
Kakashi rolled his eye," some time today Obito", Obito looked at Nagato for confirmation Nagato nodded hesitantly.
Obito took a deep breath to calm down," ok it all begins when ......"
