Jade's POV
"Let go of me!" I screamed.
I had no idea where the hell I was. All I knew was that I was about to go to a party when out of nowhere, two guys blindfolded me and put in the backseat of a car.
"Shut up!" one of them said as they shook me.
"No, let me go!" I attempted to bite whoever was touching me and then the driver spoke.
"Dude we're here, just let her go. It's not like she's gonna escape".
"I might", I mumbled. Part of me actually wanted them to hear me.
Ally's POV
"Yes, she was behind me", I said.
Jason finally convinced me to call the cops. I was talking to a woman who was being quite difficult at the moment.
"I don't care if it hasn't been 24 hours! You know what, you're no help." Then I hung up.
"What'd she say?" Jason came in the room with a box of pizza and two large drinks.
It was kind of awkward, being in his house.
"She was literally no help at all. Apparently someone has to be gone for 24 hours to be considered missing?" It came out more of a question than anything else.
"Bullshit!", he said.
It was something hilarious about the way he said that. I laughed for a second. I laughed until I felt content with myself.
"What?" He was so confused! And this made made me laugh even harder. I guess I had been laughing for a while because he decided to join me.
Then he put down the box of pizza he had in his hand. I forgot he even had that. He gave me my drink as he opened the box of pepperoni pizza. We both grabbed a slice.
"I don't know how I could even eat pizza at a time like this. My best friend is gone and the police department won't even help me." I felt kind of bad, ranting on to Jason about my problems. I just met the guy.
"I'll be happy to help you." He said, smiling.
He drove me back to Josh's house so I could get my car.
"Thanks," I said, as I got into my car.
"No problem," he said. "Maybe we could go back to my place?"
Before I could contemplate in my head whether he was trying to flirt or if he was serious, my phone vibrated in my hand. I don't know what I would've said to him if it didn't.
Anyway, I looked at the caller ID and noticed it was a private number. I answered.
"Umm hello," I said into the phone.
"Hey girl!"
What. The. Hell. That was Jade's voice, no doubt.
