Readers Pov
Obsidian? He smiled at me "hey y/n" I smiled at him "hey Obsidian do you need something". He looked down for a minute then he said in a soft voice "I want to come with you guys to earth" I looked at him in shock why would he want to come with us his planet is amazing. I looked down while thinking I then felt him sigh and say "It's alright I get it why would you take someone like me with you I mean I wouldn't be any help I'd be dead weight". I laughed why would he think that he looked sad and I saw his cheeks turn red.
I then said, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to laugh I mean I have no problem with you coming with us but it's not my decision you'd have to ask Garnet or Pearl". He sighed and we both chuckled then he said "Well I better let you get to sleep I'm sorry for bothering you princess y/n" I just shook my head and smiled nonetheless I waved at him as he walked away.
I then closed my door and went to the bathroom to get dressed I looked and saw clothes laid out for me it was a black gown with a black and red choker. I put it on and laid down. I simply laid there for a little while thinking about everything that has happened so far then I remembered I am Garnet's girlfriend I mentally squealed I wish she was here right now I miss her. I then closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep thinking about garnet.
The Next Day
I woke up to someone shaking me I rolled over and pulled the blankets over my face I heard a laugh then I felt someone tug at the blankets and finally pulled them off I groaned and opened my eyes there I saw Steven and Connie with the blanket in their hands. "It's time to get up y/n" I glared and them and said "Run" in a demonic voice. Next thing you knew all you could hear down the halls was "I'm too young to die" along with little girlish screams. I then felt myself being picked up I started punching and kicking until I heard Garnet say "Y/n calm down" I blushed and hid my face into her chest she chuckled and lifted me up into her arms bridal style I heard Steven and Connie giggling and making smoochie noises.
I growled at them and they started running to breakfast I looked up at Garnet and smiled "you can put me down now Garnet" she grinned and shook her head then started walking I laughed and got on her shoulders while saying where to go she just laughed and went where I said to go. We finally made it there 30 minutes later good thing I wasn't hungry anyway. We just sat there talking then I heard Obsidian stand up and cleared his throat to get our attention.
I saw everyone look up at him he then smiled and started to speak with such authority" Father, Mother, Gems, and Humans I would like to make a proclamation I would like to accompany my new friends to Earth to see what other planets are like if the gems would allow me" I then heard Amethyst shout "it's good with me if he brings his dragon" I laughed at that I looked over towards mom and Garnet they didn't seem very sold on the idea. I then stood up and said "Your Highness's if you would give us a minute to discuss. The king then said, "of course".
We then all exited the room and went into a study I closed the door and immediately I heard Mom say "I don't like this idea what about you Garnet" I heard Garnet say "I agree with Pearl we don't need any other aliens on Earth it's to dangerous" I then piped up and said "Well he did help me out of that prison and his family let us stay there as there honored guest maybe we should let him come back with us I don't believe he's a bad person" I finished and looked up to see Garnet and Mom in shock while Amethyst was laughing her ass off I saw Connie and Steven come beside me. Connie then said "Ya y/n's right it's the least we could do and I doubt he would do anything to hurt anyone" I then saw Steven nodding along the Garnet spoke "Y/n Steven Connie I still don't think this is a good idea we should not bring a stranger to Earth what if he turns into a bad guy and try's to take over Earth" .
I sighed and looked at Garnet giving her puppy dog eyes then Steven and Connie joined in. Mom succumbed into it soon and said "fine fine just stop doing puppy dog eyes at me" we soon got Garnet too I laughed and we all cheered while Garnet just smiled I went up to her and hugged her tight then I looked to see if they were looking then gave her a quick kiss. She blushed but smiled soon we walked out of the room and went back to the dining area I gave them a smile then said: "We would love to have Obsidian join us, your highness". The old king smiled and said "Very well he may go to Earth but he must return within a year to return to his duties as the prince of Zuron. Obsidian smiled at us then nodded in thanks. I heard Garnet clear her throat "Alright people lets get to the ship to depart". Once we got to the ship and got all suited in I said in a loud voice "Too Home". We all cheered and off we went.
