Closer and Bonder

3rd Person POV

   It was time for lunch. Eren knew this was his time to meet with all his friends. Everyone began walking to lunch. But since it's so crowded with tons of people, it became a stampede of students. Everyone Eren knew was there. And he was so excited, but he hoped Annie was there. Eren entered the cafeteria with other groups of people. The cafeteria was BIG, and filled in with so many people. It wasn't TOO crowded, especially when people are sitting at their tables organized in rows and columns. Eren got into line which took about 10 minutes just to get his tray and food. He was patient for the long line but hated when people started budging, which makes the line even LONGER for him to get there. Eren got his food and went to get his spooons and stuff. He saw Reiner to his right. "Hey Reiner! How's it going?" Eren said. "It's going good Eren! I am very awake right now. How about you?" Reiner replied and asked. "Can't say the same as you. But I'm going to train with Annie today! And I just can't wait because we're doing it after school!" "Oh I see. Welp good for you. Can I try too? I'm not the very best at fighting." Reiner said. "Umm.... I don't know.... it's more like a 1 on 1 training experiment." Eren replied. "Oh well... it's fine then, I don't mind anyways. But I was still wondering if you would want to help with something too..." "Oh...what is it? I'll help you in anything Reiner. As long as it doesn't do with things embarrassing me." Eren said to Reiner as they both got all their lunch materials and head to their friend's table. "I know I know but it's nothing to make you embarrassed! I just need help with playing my instrument. It's... a trombone and for some reason I can't make a sound with my lips. I even pursed them and flabber my lips but It won't make a sound." Reiner said as they reached and sat on their their tables. "Hmm...I'll find out." "Ok" Reiner replied as they began talking to Jean, Connie, Marco, and Thomas. "Hey guys! It's like it's long time no see!" Reiner said while Eren was looking around and saw Annie sitting 2 tables across from Eren's left. Annie was sitting by herself in a table. What a lonely student. A lone wolf. Eren was worried and wanted to go talk to her. "Uh hey guys.... I'm so sorry I won't be able to talk to you guys but I need to go talk to someone that I care about." Eren said as he got up with his tray. "Awww is the Love boy trying to get involved with a girl he likes?" Jean said. "Yeah well... yes I do but she is only a friend of mine, and I don't wanna have her lonely." Eren replied. "Oh ok Eren. We can always talk another time! See you later!" Thomas said. "Yes you too bye!" Eren said as he walked to Annie with his tray and sat by her right side of the seat. Veeeerrrry close! His leg is almost touching her. "Hey Annie. How's your day going?" Eren said. "Good...you?" Annie replied as she faced Eren. "Ah I'm doing fine. It's only been my first day. But did you explain to Mikasa about the thing between me and her?" Eren questioned. "....you mean that argument you and Mikasa had last hour?" "Yes. That is what I'm talking about." Eren replied. "Umm....

    *FLASHBACK*

   During the walk to lunch: "Hey, Mikasa can I tell you something?" Annie said as she walked beside Mikasa on her way to lunch. "Yes... what's up?" Mikasa said as she glared at Annie. "I just spoke with Eren and he said he doesn't like you anymore. Maybe you should change your habits and become a better person to him. Because you should stop that." Annie explained confidently and normally. "What are you talking about!? I deserve Eren! Mikasa said as she pointed to herself and also said "Eren belongs to me! And I don't want you going near him or having hang outs with him either. Just stay away from him!" And I will care and protect Eren no matter what happens. Because I don't want ANYTHING to happen to him!" Mikasa finished as she walked ahead to the cafeteria. 

*END OF FLASHBACK*

"Annie...Annie...ANNIE! Snap out of it!" Eren said snapping his fingers in front of Annie's face. "Huh? Oh... yes Eren?" Annie replied as she was back to reality. "Did you hear what I said? I said for you to explain to Mikasa to stop caring and overprotecting me to much! And that it is so annoying for me. Especially when she doesn't wanna tell me." Eren said. "Oh...well I did explain to her but..." "But what?" Eren said. "But she is probably mad at me so I just left her alone." Annie said. Annie became upset at the fact that THAT has happened. "Oh don't worry i'll tell Mikasa some sense when I talk to her." "Why didn't you just tell her earlier instead of telling me!?" Annie questioned playing with her food. "Oh well I was just too lazy to tell Mikasa. But I will this time!" Eren said. He gave Annie a handkerchief to wipe her mouth. "Thanks." "No problem.......so...Whadda you do at home anyways. You seem to be bored all the time." Eren questioned. "Umm....nothing much...just like TV and stuff... usually It would be me and my relationship with my dad these days." Annie said with an upset face. "Oh...how's your dad like? Is he cool?" Eren never knew a lot about Annie. "No he's a bitch. I felt bad about being a bitch too. But it's some stuff I can't control-" "HEY THERE EREN! REMEMBER ME!? CURTIS? FROM LAST HOUR?" Curtis said cutting off Annie's words and slamming his fist on the table by Eren's right side of the table. "I just wanna say, if you mess with me again i'll rip your head off! Got that!?" Curtis said (aka the bully). "Yes I will! Just don't TOY with me again!" Eren yelled standing up and pointing his finger at Curtis's chest. Curtis shoved Eren's hand away and said "Hmph! Whatever!" Then he walked away. "Uuuuughhh... I cannot go through my situations if there are bullies bugging me right now!" Eren said sitting back down in his seat and putting his head on the table. "Eren if you are annoyed, I got your back. But you have to trust me on this. Just tell them to stop and then just walk away. Plus, since I know how to fight, i'll help you take them out." Annie explained. "Thanks Annie. But I don't need help to deal with them. I'll do it myself." Eren said lifting his head up facing Annie. "Oh ok... are you sure? I still haven't taught you how to fight yet..." "No it's fine Annie. I can handle it myself." Eren replied. "Ok well...we're gonna train after school anyways so.... just let me know if you need help a friends help like me." Annie said. "Hey Annie.... didn't I tell you to stay away from Eren? I don't need YOU to get involved with him." Mikasa said.(I'm pretty sure that's one of the reasons why Mikasa hates Annie)
