Chapter Six

Bella stared at Leah sitting on her bed, she was so confused about why the person who barely tolerated her, was sitting on her bed."What are you doing here Leah?. Is something wrong?..is Paul ok?" Bella crossed the room to Leah, panic clear in her voice. Leah looked startled and tried to calm Bella down. "Nothings wrong Bella, sorry for just randomly showing up, but I needed to talk to you and I wanted to talk without your bodyguards", Leah chuckled softly.

Bella sat next to Leah and waited for her to continue. "Ok look I know I've been the biggest bitch ever, I guess you could say I didn't handle becoming a wolf to well, and I totally understand if you hate me and never want to speak to me, after the way I acted towards you previously, but I would really like us to be friends and your a lot different then I expected you to be. I guess I judged you because you were the leech lover, I didn't really want to hear your story. But when Paul imprinted on you I saw you through his eyes, and I knew you were someone I could kind of relate to. Look I guess I'm just trying to say sorry and can we start over?".

Bella smiled at Leah "of course we can be friends, I never hated you, Leah, you had your reasons for hating me and they were pretty good ones to". Bella grabbed some clothes and quickly shoved them into her duffel bag "I'm heading to Paul's would you want a lift back to La Push with me?". Leah smiled and headed for the window "that'd be great thanks, B I'll meet you in the car" and with that, she jumped out the Window "stupid wolf reflexes" Bella muttered. Bella quickly pulled on a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and jumper and headed downstairs. "Ok dad I'm heading out, I'll call you tomorrow sometime when I know what I'm doing" she kissed his head and headed over to the door. "Oh Bells remember to be safe"Charlie winked teasingly at her, Bella rolled her eyes and headed for the car.

Leah had a huge grin on her face "be safe huh B your dad is awesome" Bella rolled her eyes "god you're as bad as Quil". They both laughed as they headed out to La Push. The drive went by quickly, they talked and laughed the whole trip. By the time they pulled up to Paul's they were both in tears from laughing so much.

Quil and Embry were sitting on the front deck on the porch swing when the girls arrived. They all sat stunned when Leah got out of Bella's car. "Dude...what's happening nothing about this picture looks good" Quil mumbled. Leah rolled her eyes "Shut up Quil".

"Paul... you're so fucked...Lee Lee know's everything about you dude, better hope they don't get to close" Embry laughed as he headed inside.

Bella made her way to Paul and pulled him into a kiss "hey you". Paul smiled and held her tight "so..umm you and Lee...you guys are..umm...friends now?" Paul muttered. Bella laughed and headed inside "she's fine babe, and were friends we understand each other I guess, why is it such a bad thing for me and Leah to be friends, what is she going to tell me about all your deep dark secrets?" Bella chuckled teasingly, causing Paul to look horrified.

"It's not a problem babe I promise, I'm sorry I just wasn't aware that she had changed her mind towards you fully I guess".They sat down in the loungeroom and decided on watching some criminal minds. Halfway through the episode pizza arrived. Paul pulled Bella into his lap while they all ate and talked completely forgetting about what they were watching. When the pizza was finished Quil, Embry and Leah left for their patrol. Bella turned around in Paul's lap and wrapped her arms around his neck and began to kiss and nip up and down his neck, rewarding a small moan from Paul as he tilted his head to the side allowing her more access.
