New life

My heart filled with guilt. That woman, who speaks so highly and lovingly about her husband doesnt know a thing about what caused her husbands absence.

My mouth was threatening to open. To reveal everything.

But, right now is not the best moment. Calm down Hanabi, take a deep breath.

"Your child is absolutely fine. Makes sure to breatfeed it in specific time in the morning and in night.

"Thank you very much" she bowed at me "Hanabi-sama?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I count on you to keep checking my childs health?"

What? Her words were fast and lethal like a lightning.

"Of course that my job" I placed a fake smile on my face hoping it would make her feel better.

Since I arrived to Konoho, my life has changed drastically.

I couldnt wait to meet my mother. I've missed her so much during these weeks. As I thought of it, I really needed an escape right now.

I wonder what Hashirama said to Tobirama. I hope everything will be alright.

I lied down on the nursing bed and stared at the ceiling

"Where were you last night Sayuri?" Mito asked while we were eating.

"I was with Madara" Honesty is the best thing right now.

"So your relationship has progressed that much?" She eyed me carefully.

"We are just familiar with each others houses" Well, leaving out some little details seems like the wise thing right now.

"Okey. I have to tell you something. Probably in two weeks, my marriage with Hashirama will take place. I thought about it happening in Uzushiokagure"

"Oh. That would be pretty interesting"

"Yeah. You will also see that village after so many years"

My eyes lit up. Thats true. I dont remember a thing about my past life. As I continued to eat, I felt nauseus. I quickly got up and dashed at the bathroom.

"Sayuri, are you alright?" My sister followed me clearly worried.

"Yeah I'm fine" I literally puked the entire breakfast.

"What happened, are you sick?" She rubbed my back whilw helping me stand up.

"Maybe, I'll probably go visit Hanabi later"

"Yeah you should. Do you want to lay down?"

"No, I dont feel like it. I'll be fine believe me"

"Whatever you say. Inform me if you need anything" with that, she left the bathroom leaving me alone.

I splashed some water on my face. The last couple of days, I was feeling tired and sick.

Whatever, I must have caught the flu. I got out of the bathroom heading to my room. Maybe Hanabi is free right now.

I changed clothes and left the house, heading to the hospital. Thankfully it wasnt away.

I went to Hanabis office and knocked but no response came. How come? She spents most of her time here.

I opened the door and saw her sleeping on the patients bed. My dear Hanabi.

I shook her slightly debating whether to wake her or not. Her eyes opened and she looked at me in confusion.

"Sayuri? What happened?" She got up and hugged me.

"I've been feeling a little sick lately. Can you chech me?"

"Of course. Lie down" She stood and mentioned me to lie down.

"By the way, are you feeling better?" I tried ti lighten the mood.

"Yeah. That man scared me. I can see now why dad always made sure we stayed in home. This is the first time I got attacked"

"That man was sick" I exclaimed totally pissed off.

"Do you know what else he is? A father. And a husband. And it seems like I will take care of his baby till an age"

"What?" I looked into her eyes to see If she was kidding. She wasnt.

"Yeah. I helped his wife to give birth. Thats whem he got to now me"

I gasped at her words.

"Today, his wife came to run some tests on the kid. She is worried about him. Sayuri, she loves him" panic was on her voice.

"Hanabi, this isnt your fault. You didnt attack him. He did"

"I wanted to tell her. But I couldnt" a tear fell from her eyes.

I quickly hugged her "Please, dont cry" we were in silence when I suddenly felt nauseus again.

I got up and in a flash I was puking in the offices toilet.

"My god Sayuri, what happened?" She came quickly next to me.

"I've been like this for a while"

Her face turned into confusion "Let mr check you please"

"Yeah" I lied down and let her examine me. After a while she asked me.

"How long have you been like this?"

"Um for the past three days, why?"

Suddenly, her hands were placed on my belly. She closed her eyes trying to concentrate. After a while, they were wide open.

"Sayuri, It seems you are... pregnant"
