"Your so pale" Bethan told me, her eyes looking concerned.
"I am? I didn't really notice.." I said, giving her a weak smile. Another lie.
"What's up with you lately?" Sarah asked me, turning her head. She obviously heard mine and Bethan's conversation.
"Nothing....why?" I asked her, arching up my eyebrows.
"Well, you've just seemed to be in your own little world for the past couple of days" Sarah said, her voice sounding calm. Bethan nodded to what Sarah said, I sighed heavily before giving them a weak smile.
"Look girls, everything is fine" I reassured them, giving them each a big smile.
"Are you and Jai okay?" Bethan asked me, her voice sounding more concerned than ever.
"We are fine" I told her, giving her another smile.
"So, what is it then?" Bethan asked me, moving closer to me.
"Nothing Beth, just please stop asking me questions" I said, before getting up and walking out of Sarah's house.
I always walk away from my problems, but I guess this time I couldn't. I slowly started to make my way towards the Brooks house hold. I breathed deeply, before I knocked on the door. regretting it, Luke answered the door.
"Nicki" Luke smiled, pulling me into a hug. I hugged him back, that boy could always put a smile onto my face.
"Luke" I tried to smile back, "Is Jai home?" I asked him, my eyes traveling around Luke's face.
"Nah, he's out with Beau.. want me to leave a message?" Luke asked me, his eyes locked onto mine.
"No, just tell him I called" I weakly smiled, before walking away..
