Chapter 3

Friday morning Lexus couldn't wait to get up and go to school, she even woke up before her alarm. Lexus already had her birthday outfit ready in her closet. She decided to wear her new ripped jeans and her black off the shoulder top. She put her dark sea colored high-top vans to finish the outfit.

While Lexus grabbed her backpack and her sweater, she heard a knock on the door and she knew it was her family. 

"Come in." Lexus said really excited.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Lexus...Happy birthday to you!" My parents and sisters singed happily.

"Awwwww, thanks guys! I love you all!"

Mariana and Tyler surprised Lexus with cupcakes and a big poster with pictures of the four of them: Tyler, Ezra, Mariana, and Lexus. They were all funny pictures that made her day. After thanking them, Lexus started to walk to her first period when a pair of warm soft hands covered her eyes and asked 'guess who' in a deep husky voice.

"Ummmmm.... I don't know ... wait let me feel your hands." Lexus said already touching the mysterious person.

"Ezra?...Ezra is this you?"

"Yes it is." He said uncovering her eyes, revealing himself with a blushed face.

" How did you know it was me just by touching my hands?"

" Oh, I don't know, I just you know , assumed." Lexus now said with a blushed face.

" Well I juts wanted to say Happy Birthday and I will be attending your quinceanera...Oh, and I got you something for your birthday . Here you go." He said handing Lexus a bag full of her favorite sweets, a card, and balloons that said 'Happy Birthday'.

"Omg, how did you know that these were my favorite sweets?!?"

"Well every time we all go to the movies you get red vines, and I mean every time. And for the other ones is because you always eat them in first period.
