I wonder how it feels.
Growing up in a beautiful place,Away from the bustling roads,
And busy people.I wonder how it feels.
To watch something being built -
Until it's nothing but ruins
And dilapidated remains.I wonder how it feels.
To run and play, and smile and laugh.
To worry about nothing.
To be a child forever.
I wonder how it feels.
Witnessing a clear sky and twinkling stars,
Unhindered by smoke,
Or by city lightsI wonder how it feels.
To live a life that never changed
Every joy, every sorrow,Every moment just remains forever.
I wonder how it feels.
To wonder never again,
To know the answerRegardless of the query
Maybe I'll not know what to do,
To just sit and do nothing.I wonder how it feels
To not wonder at all.
I will always wonder though.
Wonder how far I could've gone,
Wonder when I would be freed,
So I'll always wonder,
Wonder how it feels.
