Invita- WHAT! - Chapter 6

Laura's POV

There is less people calling me names. I mean Maia, her boyfriend (Adam), and her posse are still calling me names, but that's the usual. I am just excited to hang out with Ross! I see blonde hair on top of my locker door, but then there is a girl behind the hair.

Laura: *closes locker* Hello?

Rydel: Hi! I believe I haven't introduced myself. I am Rydel.

Laura: Yes, I remember your brother mentioning you.

Rydel: Ross?

Laura: No. The one that slapped me.

Rydel: Oh, his nam is Riker. Sorry about him.

Laura: It's fine. Ross already apologized for him.

???: And sorry for abandoning you.

Laura: Are you sure, Vanessa?

Vanessa: Yea, I was being selfish.

Ross: * walks up* What's going on over here?

Rydel: I am trying to get Laura to be my friend.

Laura: * Shocked*

Ross: *notices* Sory, its hard for her to trust people.

Vanessa: *looks down*

Rydel: Then why did she trust you so quickly?

Ross: Because she felt like it!

Vanessa: But-

Ross: Go! *pushes Vanessa and Rydel away*

Laura: *still shocked* she called me Laura. . . . . .

Ross: Yea. . . . . 

Laura: She called me by my name! *smiles and hugs Ross*

Ross: Woah! Someone is happy!

Laura: This is the second time ever! It's amazing! I can just kiss you!

Ross: *smirks* Why don't you try?

Laura: *playfully punches his arm* Shut up.

Ross: *sarcastically* Aww! That hurt!

Laura: Haha *gets pulled* Woah!

Rydel: Where were we?

Laura: I'm not sure

Rydel: I need you to go to my house tonight for dinner.

Laura: *surprised* What? Why? I just met Ross yesterday and I barely started to talk to you today. And then there is Riker-

Rydel: Don't worry! Your sister will be there too.

Ross: *found Laura* What are you doing with my girlfriend?

Laura & Rydel: *gives him a weird look*

Ross: *notices and tries to cover it* Well, she is a girl and she is my friend.

Laura: Yea. . . . .  don't say that.

Rydel: Anyway, I took your "girlfriend" becasue I was inviting her for dinner.

Ross: What?! With Riker in there?

Laura: I think I should go.

Rydel: You don't have to, but okay! See you tonight! *leaves*

Laura: *realizes* I don't know where you live!

Ross: Don't worry. I'll pick you up at your house.

Laura: Thanks

Laura's POV

I think there is something behind that "girlfriend" excuse. Then that kiss joke? I'm starting to think Ross might have feelings for me. Should I tell him I like him too?

Ross' POV

I almost got caught for using girlfriend! I hope they bought my excuse. Girls are so unreadable. How am I suppose to know if Laura has feelings for me?

*Bell rings*

Ross: Well, see you later!

Laura: Okay! Wait! Do you know where I live?

Ross: Yep! Your dad is the General!

Laura: *shakes her head* Duh! Of course. Sorry! Bye! *Leaves*

Ross: *laughs* Bye! *leaves*

Ross' POV

Hey! I remember this place! It's the place where I got pulled by- Woah!

Ross: *Gets pulled* Woah!

???: Once again! Shut up!

Ross: Eric? Seriously? Again? Why?

Eric: I want to know what's going on, so we can start setting up.

Ross: So far I got no info.

Eric: It's been days! What's going on between you too?

Ross: Well, she is my friend now. She is coming over for dinner tonight and she is so beaut-

Eric: Don't tell me you like her?!

???: *walking by* *hears voices*

Ross: Maybe . . . . . 

Eric: *grabs Ross by his collar* If this plan fails, you know what happens.*drops him* *leaves*

???: *Saw Eric & Ross* *Gasps*

Ross: *walks away* *sees ???* *speechless*
