I got out the bed with my mates as they sleep.I winced as the hot water touched my back.Kate's nails must of fucking dug into my back.I sighed as I put on another pair of boxers and shorts.I put on a sports bra.I put on my shoes and went downstairs whistling. Everybody looked at me.
"What?"
"Nothing B."I rolled my eyes going into the kitchen grabbing an apple.I walked back into the living room.
"How much time do we have?"
"I'll give you guys a couple more hours while I go for a run."
"Wait we'll go with you."I raised an eyebrow at Sandra.
"If you can keep up sure."I walked outside throwing my apple into a tree.I stretched out before turning to them."Ready?"
"Yeah."I nodded before taking off I was faster then I was before I stopped when I noticed that they weren't behind me so I sat down.I saw them coming breathing hard.I stood up and smiled.
"You guys are out of shape."
"God....how.....the.....fuck....do....that?"
"I like to stay in shape to protect my family something you should learn."

"I'll jog to keep up let's go."They sighed before starting off as I said I jogged with them and back the pack and clan was already outside.
"Dad what took so long?"
"They don't know how to keep up so I jogged with them."
"It gets easier trust me."
"Mom can you give them some water they need it?"
"Yeah sweetie."
"Fo-"A car pulled up in the drive way.I huffed when I noticed it was the police.
