It was summer break and you were on your way to the bookstore when you noticed a crowd of girls. (I wonder what's going on...) You tiptoed and managed to catch a glipse of blonde when you were pushed from behind. You fell into the crowd. Soon a hand was held out to you. You looked up to find Kise, the model who attended the same school as you. You took his hand and he pulled you up. "Thanks." You dusted yourself off and was about to leave when he grabbed your hand.

"I'm sorry, but I can't go out with any of you!" He announced to the crowd. "My girlfriend is here." Your head whipped up and he place his finger in front of his mouth. As you were readying to protest he dragged you away as the girls began to whine and grumble.

"Uh...Kise-...san," You stopped. "What was that all about?" He laughed nervously and apologized. He explained his situation. Once you remembered you were holding hands you pulled away. "Alright. I get it, but I have to go."

Before you could leave Kise pulled you into his chest. "Please stay with me for the rest of the day~" He silently begged. You were about to refuse when a fan accused you of acting. You were, but for Kise's sake you went along with it. "Excuse us. We're starting of weekly date." Kise said as he walked last the confused fan.

"Well, I have no choice now." You mumbled. "Let's get this 'date' over with." As the two of you walked down the street everyone stared.

"A plain girl like her is dating Kise?!" One girl whispered loudly to her friend.

"Kise is wasted on her." Her friend scowled. This wasn't an actual date, but you didn't want to make Kise look bad. You attempted to pull your hand away, but Kise held on tighter.

"Don't mind them." He whispered to you before waving at the girls. "Anyway. Where should we go?" Before Kise dragged you into his mess you planned to buy some manga.

"Can we go to the bookstore?" You asked as if you needed permission. "I wanted to buy some books." Kise raised an eyebrow.

"Was it my lastest photobook?" He teased. "We'd better hurry or you'll miss the limited edition!"

"I'm buying manga!" You corrected him. That seemed to surprise Kise.

"You like manga?" His face lit up. You found a secret otaku. "What's your favorite?" He later explained that he liked a certain sports manga. "Kuroki no Basuke is obviously the best sports manga!" He argued.

"No way." You puffed. "Haiku is more realistic and relatable." While you discussed manga time passed quickly and soon you were in the bookstore discussing more manga. Outside the store were Kise's fan. They had their doubts about this 'date'.

"Kise's girlfriend is such a geek." A girl complained. The others nodded. "She's turning him into a gross otaku." Chill.

"Hey, I'm kind of hungry." Kise whined as you paid for your manga. "Wanna go to the ramen shop down the street?" You happily agreed. Kise tooks your bags and you left the store.

"This ramen is the best!" You both shout after slurping a mouthful of noodles.

(Today was better than I expected.) You thought as you watched Kise eat. (This feels like an actual date.)

After your meal you bought some lemon soda from a vending machine. After a while Kise laughed and spoke up. "You know..." He looked at you. "This is the best date I've been on." This caused you to spit up some soda. Lol.

"But it wasn't real date." You reminded him while you wiped your mouth. Kise's brows furrowed.

"Then..." He looked down. "next time...maybe we could go on a real date."
