Chapter 2

Jack's POV
I yank Daniel in to the hallway. I can't believe Daniel told someone that I cheated on Ellie. We're supposed to be boys.
"What the hell Daniel, I thought you were my best friend." I whisper-yell at him. "What are you talking about jack?" He said back. "You told someone that I cheated on Ellie?" I whispered. He looks at me confused and then says, " Angie must of heard me and you on the phone or something , because I would never do that to you man." He said. "Are you guys gonna break up?" "No D, I told her you're crazy." I tell him. He frowns and says, " Why would you tell her that? She's going to be mad at me!" He questions loudly. "Because, if I told her the truth she would be mad at me and who I cheated with, and I don't want to ruin a friendship." I say and laugh it off. I walk back in to the class and go sit with the rest of the guys.
Daniel's POV
I can't believe jack did that, Ellie is gonna be so mad at me. I walk back in the class and Ellie calls me over, I look down and pretend not to hear. I walk over to the guys and start talking with them when the bell rings. We say our last goodbyes to the rest of the class and Mr. Robbins and walk out to get our things from our lockers. "I'll be right out I have to go to my locker." I say to them and they leave to their lockers. I start to grab things out of my locker when it's slammed shut, luckily I pull my hand out quick enough for it not to get broken between the hard metal. I look and Ellie is there glaring at me "You didn't hear me call you in class today Dani?" She asks. "Oh you called me? No I didn't hear you. What did you want to talk about?" I ask freaking out a bit about what she was going to say. "Your best friend Angelina gave a little note today, do you want to read it?" She asks handing me the note. I cautiously take the note and begin to read what Angie wrote. I cannot believe Angie she promised me she wouldn't tell anyone. I fold it back and she says, "Do you wanna explain that to me Dani?" I think to my self for a little then began blabbering, " I told her that because I didn't want to tell her what the real problem was, and I can't tell you what it is because it's way too personal, and I wouldn't even tell Angie, but it's one hundred percent real." "Are you lying to me Dani?" She asks. "Would I lie to you Ellie?" I ask hoping she would believe me. "I guess not, but why would you lie about my relationship?" She asks. "Because it was the first thing that came to mind that I could lie about." I laugh and she says " okay I guess, do you want me to wait for you to finish cleaning out your locker?". "No, you go catch up with the guys I'll be right out." I smile and she nods before leaving me alone in the hallway. I sigh leaning against my locker. "I should of just told her" I say to my self, finishing my locker and leave to meet up with them. This is gonna be a long school year.
