Hey guys, I just realized that with all of the honorifics that the Japanese use, I don't really use them in Takagawa's POV, so I'm just not going to do any honorifics during her POV. When I do use honorifics though, please tell me if I am wrong.

Takagawa's POV

"...Should I wake them up?"

"...Probably,"

"They look so adorable and peaceful though,"

"They have training, remember?"

"..Yeah, Yeah,"

"... WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"GWAH!!!!!" The members of New Earth Eleven shot up out of their sleeping bags, some looking around dazed and confused, while the others were up and slightly mad.

"What the hell?!?!" Matatagi cursed, "Why'd you do that?!"

"You were asleep," I deadpanned, "And I didn't do it, it was Kazemaru," All the heads turned to look at the mentioned person, who in turn just shrugged with an aloof smile on his face. I sighed at his antics. "Alright everyone, please freshen up in the stream we saw earlier, grab some breakfast, and get Ranmaru to show you to the training grounds. I still have a few things to set up, so Kazemaru and I shall be heading there first," I look at Ranmaru for a quick second, conveying my worries to him, and he smiled assuringly. I gave a slight nod and turned on my heel, leaving the cave with Kazemaru following me.

"Okay," Kazemaru spoke once we were out of hearing range, "How badly did you want to get away from Matatagi?" I looked over my shoulder to see Kazemaru's smug face.

"Pretty bad," I sighed, admitting the truth, "I'm pretty sure you want to know what happened last night don't you?"

"Yup" I look away from him to focus on the path.

"Matatagi was talking about how I was scum and was probably working for Team Toxic, I retorted, 'If I'm scum, then what are you?', he got pissed and tried to hit me, and then that's where Ranmaru came in to beat the crap out of him,"

"Pfft," I looked over my shoulder once again to see Kazemaru trying to hold in his laughter, but ultimately failing, "I-I'm sorry, but your co-comeback though!" I had to stifle a laugh at the one part he focuses on. I bit back the grin making its way to my face as we arrived at the training grounds, which weren't much. It was a grassy field with a waterfall and a pond. In the back, the course I made was partially visible, but that uses the forest mostly. We split up, double-checking the courses and fixing a few things along the way. Once we had finally finished, we sat around waiting for the others to come. Kazemaru went to lie down on the grass and I was seated across from him looking up at the sky. I watched the clouds slowly move on, huh, I remember hating doing this. It was always Aoi's favorite pastime though... I let out a small sigh, memories flooding back. Us playing tag, running around the park, climbing trees, playing soccer...

"Are you okay?" I turn my head to see Kazemaru looking at me worriedly, "Your eyes are kind of glazed over," I smiled at his concern, and he looked taken back.

"I'm fine, thank you for your concern," I told him. He didn't look too convinced, but the others decided to come at this time, so he dropped it.

"So, what training are they going to be put through?" Ranmaru walks up to me with a cheeky smile, "The same thing I went through?" He extends his hand out for me to grab on to.

"No way," I smirked up at him, accepting his hand and letting him pull me up, "We need them to play, not be in a hospital,"

"But we have a time limit," Ranmaru pointed out, raising an eyebrow, "They have to do it. And who knows, they might survive. I did,"

"HAH!" I scoffed, "Remember who had to save your ass multiple times due to you being an idiot and overworking yourself?"

"Ah yes," Ranmaru smirked again, "Kazemaru-san, thank you for that,"

"OY!" I punched his shoulder playfully, giving a genuine smile, a small one, but still genuine. Ranmaru smiled back, rubbing his shoulder.

"Ah, young love," Kazemaru laughed. I let out a laugh, ignoring him. Ranmaru went red again.

"Ah, Ranmaru, you're red again!" I exclaimed, looking at him with worry etched across my face, "Is your fever back?"

"A-ah, no, I-I'm fine," he stammered. I gave him a look that said I didn't believe him.

"AHEM," We turned around to see everyone staring at us. I tilted my head, confused on why they were staring, and Tsurugi and Shindou went red too. I wonder if they got a fever too. I hope they don't. I shake my head slightly to clear the thoughts, I have to focus on their training.

"Okay," I clapped my hands, gaining everyone's attention, "Today we will start training for your upcoming match against Team Toxic,"

"Upcoming match?" Shindou inquired, "You make it sound like its coming soon," I let out a sigh. The playmaker was smart, I'll give him that.

"That's because it is," I answered, "In 2 months, to be exact," At this, there were many cries of protest and disbelief.

"How the hell are we supposed to be able to defeat them in 2 months?!" Matatagi yelled.

"By working hard," Ranmaru answered icily. Everyone looked at Ranmaru in surprise, probably since they've never heard him speak so coldly before.

"Well..." I started, interrupting the awkward silence and gaining everyone's attention, "let's get started!"

"Started?" Tenma asked confused, "Started with what?" I smirk at his confusion, and I swore I heard Ranmaru whimper and step away from me.

"Why start training of course!" I said cheerfully, clapping my hands together before dropping them and smirking darkly, "Or as Ranmaru likes to call it, Hell."

Holy heck is it's been a while.

Oof.

Sorry about leaving for so long, but I had a bunch of family issues and school stuff and never found the time to write anymore. Since school is almost over, I should be able to write again. And thank you all for the 1K reads!! I was so excited!! I know this chapter was really short, but I promise to make the next one longer!!
