The next morning Jax came into Austin's room an sat on the bed next to her.
Jax: Why are you on them? The pills..
Austin: They ease my mind
Jax: Details.
Austin: Look, I didn't have a great life growing up, okay!? Those pills help.
Jax: When did you start taking them?
Austin: Couple years ago.
Jax: It's pretty filled.
Austin: I only take them when I get sad.
Jax: Why were you sad earlier?
Austin: Got a date tonight.. don't really got the clothes or personality, I should just forget it-
Jax: Date with who?
Austin: That customer.
Jax: You barely know..
Austin: That's why you go out with people.. to know them.
Jax: He could be some crazy guy-
Austin: You barely know me- I could be crazy.
Jax: Oh I know you're crazy, a chick to come in here an think she can be a son.
Austin: I have what it takes!
Jax: Do you really? Then stop taking these.
Jax throws the pills at the wall an exited the room. Austin slammed the door then picked up the mess.
Chibs walked out his room an stopped Jax from walking any further.
Chibs: Being a little harsh, don't you think boy?
Jax: I don't mess around when it comes to drugs.
Chibs: So.. she got a date tonight? An gonna miss Gemma's dinner?
Jax: She probably forgot.. doesn't matter.
Chibs: Are you okay?
Jax: Yeah.. just stressed with ATF on our ass.
Chibs: Take it easy boy.
Later that night everyone was at Gemma's for dinner, Austin was standing outside the shop waiting for Mike. Ten minutes had passed an he finally shows up in a porches.
Austin: Got a new car for a date?
Mike: This is my toy.. the car from earlier was just something I use for work. Get in, we got reservations.
Austin smirked an got in the fancy car. He sped off fast an got on the highway to head to little snazzy restaurant.
Over at Gemma's, everyone was finishing up their plates. The ladies were help cleaning up as the men were finishing up their beers.
Clay: Where's Austin?
Jax: Went out to eat.
Tig: She missed a great dinner, *yells* Ain't that right fellows!
Gemma: Oh stop before the neighbors complain again.
Chibs: Will just shut them up..
Halfsack: Is Austin feeling better?
Happy: She's fine. Got too hot outside.
Gemma: So that's your sister?
Happy: Not Blood but basically is.
Clay: What do you mean?
Happy: Her real parents were monsters, kept her chained up, starved her, made her steal stuff for them.
Gemma: Oh my god..
Happy: My family lived next door, an me and my cousin broke into her house one night an found her chained. Broke the chain and saved her.
Clay: What happen to the parents?
Happy: Never gave a damn.
Gemma: That is horrifying.
Happy: Since then Austin don't talk about it, she claims to just be in my family. My parents took her in. Fed her, got her an education, my dad gave her a job with cars.
Tig: Well What happen to your childhood that made you who you are today?
Happy: *chuckles* Daddy issues.
Tig: Tell me more!
Gemma: Cut it out *laughs*
Happy: But I don't trust many people but I trust Austin. She won't let you guys down. I promise you that.
Clay: Glad you brought her around.
Jax: Alright enough chit chat, who wanna take a ride!
As there dinner was wrapping up, Austin and Mikes were just starting. They were at a fancy restaurant called Hymens. He had a booth in the very back hidden for privacy.
Mike: You are beautiful by the way..
Austin: Oh I don't know about that, I feel under dressed sitting here.
Mike: I wouldn't mind seeing everything off.
Austin: *coughs* Excuse me?
Waiter: More wine?
Austin: No thank you-
Mike: Yes please! Both of us need refills.
As the waiter walks away, Austin feels more uncomfortable an definitely regretting to this night out. Mike then got up from his side of the booth to sit next to Austin. He laid his hand on her inner thigh an smiled.
