Chapter 9

Elizabeth's POV

It's been a few days since the wedding and ever since Joel and I have been inseparable. He makes me feel something that I've never felt before. I'm really in love with him and honestly who wouldn't be?

Lately, he's always talking about his plans in the future. He wants to get married, have kids, and pursue a dream in the music industry.

Right now I'm laying in bed, with Joel next to me. We have been having sex so much lately with and without a condom that it scares me, because I don't want to get pregnant so young and ruin his chance of being a singer.

I soon hear Joel waking up.

"Good morning baby" Joel says giving me a quick peck on the lips. Joel's parents actually left the other day because they got a call from their jobs saying they had to go back.

"Joel can I ask you something?" I ask

"Sure baby, what's wrong?" He asks

"Are you only with me to have sex? Because lately that's all we seem to do. What scares me the most is that sometimes you don't use protection." I say

"No baby I would never use you for sex. I'm with you because your beautiful and amazing. Im not even playing you're pretty good in bed, but I'm with you because I love you. And I want to see you grow as a person. Don't ever think I only want sex. If you don't want to have sex, tell me, it's fine I don't want to pressure you." He says

"I love you Joel." I say

"I love you too baby" he says

"So what do you want to do today?" He asks

"How about he have a camping day?" I say

"Sounds fun. Let's tell your siblings and I'll tell mines to get things ready" Joel says

We all get things ready and decide to go on a mountain. Some go in the truck while others go on the dirt bikes.

I won't lie I'm pretty fucking scared because we're going up the mountain and Joel is driving like crazy.

We soon get there and it's so beautiful. The place is surrounded by trees, and there's a river and the sounds of it is so relaxing as well as the fact that we're surrounded by nature.

Although no one gets service out here, this is a great way to spend the day all together.

We all have a cookout and start playing volleyball and soccer, some even decided to go in the river.

Once it's night we all decide on having a bonfire since it was pretty cold. We start the fire and we all sit around it. Joel brought his guitar and he started singing some songs.

".... Joel was singing Por Eso Me Enamore by Ulices Chaidez, and while he sings he looks at me straight in the eyes the whole time.

Joel Pimentel DeLeon really makes me feel some type of way. What did I do to deserve such an amazing guy?...

It's been almost a year since I last updated and I'm truly sorry. I'm going to be updating more from now on since I pretty much have nothing to do on summer break lmao. I wonder who still reads my fanfics but I don't blame those who don't read them anymore bc I suck at updating. Anyways the chapters will be short but since I'll be updating more it won't be as bad.
