10k (One Shots)

Let them be children

You poke 10k and he shoots his head up. You smile at him and he looks confused.

"Hey 10k we need you awake. We're going now". He nods his head and rubs his eyes. You sigh and walk out of the room.

"Hes awake". You mutter. Warren nods and leaves the house. You see 10k stumble down the stairs, tired and half asleep.

"10k you good? You look exausted". He nods again. You shrug and open the front door. The cold autumn breeze hits your bare arms and you shiver.

"Yay a ride in the back with no jacket". You say sarcastically. You feel something warm hit your arms and you turn your head to see 10k placing a jacket on your shoulders.

"Thank you". You mutter.

"Your welcome". He replys and walks to the truck. You get in and sit beside 10k. You glance over at him and realize he's shivering a bit.

"10k take the jacket back". You pull the jacket off and hand it to him. He shakes his head and hands it back.

"I-im fine". You groan. An idea pops into your head. You move closer to him and sit between his legs, laying on him. He sighs and wraps his arms around you.

"Is this better"? You ask. He nods his head and rest his chin on your head.

You and 10k are not dateing but you sure wish you were. He liked Casandra though and after her death he has not been the same.

He sighs loudly and closes his eyes. After a bit you hear him snoring lightly. He tugs on your shirt and groans, shaking. He clutches you and pulls you into a tight hug. His eyes shoot open and he looks at you.

"Don't go". He mumbles as he digs his face into the crook of your neck. You rub his back with your hand and giggle.

"Im not going anywhere". He smiles against your neck and gently kisses it. You freeze and think about what he did. He must have froze to because he didn't move, barely breathed.

"Uh im sorry. I didn't mean to". Your heart sinks but you just smile.

"It's ok. I didn't think you meant it". His face drops slightly but then perks up when he smiles.

"Where are we"? He asks, changeing the subject. You shrug your shoulders and lean your head against his chest. He groans and wiggles his feet around like a child.

"Im bored". You groan and grab his hand.

"Hey Y/n I need to talk to you". He sounded serious. You turn to face him, your practically straddling him.

He sighs and looks deep into your eyes.

"I really like you a-and I was wondering if you wanted to be my g-girlfriend"? He looks so awkward and adorable you can't help but nod your head.

"I would love to be your girlfriend". You lean down and leave a kiss on his lips. He places his hands on your waist and pulls you closer to him. You lick his bottom lip and he opens his mouth, you slide your tounge into his mouth. You fight for dominance but he wins.

Laughter erupts from the inside of the truck and you pull away and look in. Doc, Addy and Murphy are laughing. Warren and Vasquez are just smiling at you and 10k. You huff and climb off of 10k.

"Your just jelous". You say to them, causing them to laugh harder. 10k rolls his eyes and smiles at you.

"Just let them be be children".
