2 Years have passed since Xeno sacrificed himself to save Universe 24 and its inhabitants from its destruction. Rhon, Fortune, Cerrabella and Chronoa have gathered the 7 Dragon Balls and prepared to summon the dragon Shenron. Chronoa places the 7 Dragon Balls on the ground in the grassy plains and spoke, "Hear me Shenron! Come forth and grant me my wish!" Chronoa yells as the Dragon Balls start to glow and the sky turns black as a beam of light shoots out into the sky from the Dragon Balls, a green serpent-like dragon floats in mid-air as it leans forward with its head towards Chronoa. "You have summoned the dragon! You may have your wish!" Shenron says with a growling voice, Chronoa looks up at Shenron, "I want to wish my brother Xeno back to life!" Chronoa says. Shenton sways around, "The 2-year penalty for his use of the Dragon Balls of time has passed! Your wish will be granted! Farewell!" Shenron turns into a beam of light and shot into the sky as the 7 Dragon Balls split into different directions. The second beam of light shoots down from the sky as it hits the ground and vanishes as Xeno stands where it hit, standing up out of the dust as he looks different and his power is at a different level to it was, "Xeno!" Chronoa yells running up to Xeno hugging him tight as Xeno hugs her back tighter as he was back in the world he protected.
