And I was right. It did look weird.
"Oh, um, hi there.. uh sir." I said. Sheesh self, get yourself together!
I tried pushing away from Lúcio and that got me no where. Since when was he this strong? Or maybe I was just weak.
"Hello, (Y/n), Lúcio." He said while nodding to both of us. "I hope I'm not interupting anything here."
"Ah nope! Nothing at all. You see, I'm learning how to stand up again." What the flip was wrong with me? I just can't not make a fool of myself.
Lúcio glanced down at me and gave me this look as to say 'you okay?'. It was at that exact moment when I realised how close up our bodies were. Did he always smell this good? Well I never actually smelled him before. But what if that's only-
"(Y/n)?"
"Huh? What?"
"Did you hear a word I just said?" The man holding me asked.
"Umm, maybe?" I tried to laugh it off.
He sighed before repeating what he previously said, "Your legs are obviously not stable. Therefore, you will either need to rest more or have an escort with you at all times. I'm letting you choose."
I was so done with laying around all day and doing nothing. "I'll have an escort if it's not too hard."
He looked towards Soldier 76. "Well Ja- Soldier, since you're right here, why don't you be her escort?"
"Sure. I'll make sure she doesn't do anything stupid." He grunted.
Lúcio slowly let go of me and I felt a different pair of arms go around my waist from the back. I didn't feel anyone's chest on my back though.
"Well, you two have fun!" He did a two finger salute and then left while whistling to a song.
"Well then, I'm going to get changed then. Just uh, help me to the bathroom please."
After I was done relieving and dressing myself, I stepped out of the restroom. He was waiting right outside the door. He grabbed my hospital gown thing that Mercy made me wear and tossed it on my empty bed.
He then put an arm around my waist and tugged me so out hips were touching. But something metal was hitting my side that made me uncomfortable. Looking down I realised there was a small pistol.
"Um, your pistol hurts my side." I said. He sighed as if he was annoyed and shifted me to his other side. No pistol over here.

Soldier had said that everyone was in the cafè and that we'd meet them there.
When we reached the doors, he squeezed my waist a little tighter and bent his head down to my ear and whispered, "you ready?"
I gulped and nodded. I could hear the chatter from the voices inside. My stomach did little loops.
We walked forward together and opened the doors with a small push.
No one really stopped talking immediately like they do in the movies, but eventually most of their heads turned in my direction.
"(Y/n)? Oh my gosh!" A little cute girl ran up to me and nearly barreled me to the floor.
"Hey D. Va, miss me?" She was silent for a long time. I looked down at her and saw that her back was shaking. Was she laughing.
A few minutes passed and she lifted her head to show her tear streaked face.
She had been crying.
