Caterina knows she can't be late for school. This is will be her third tardy in this month, if she doesn't make it on time. She has 17 minutes left before the 1st warning goes off. And one more is remaining.

"Dick head" she whispers under her breath when she notice her little brother wearing her shoes once again. She sighs and walked over to her closet and pulled out another pair.

He hates that mom doesn't buy him the shoes he likes. She says consciously. And slipped them on running down the stairs not missing a beat.

Running into to the kitchen, she grabs a fruit grain bar and a juicy juice, kissing her parents cheeks on the way out.

"Bye mom. Bye dad," and she slams the door behind her not missing a beat.

Cat grabs her skateboard that was sitting behind the flower pot and took off down the street.

I can't be late, not today. She whispers under her breath and goes faster on the skateboard.

She reached school in a spam of 11 minutes students still standing outside having conversations from left to right. Cat hopped off her skateboard, tucking it under her hand and walked into the school.

Rushing towards her locker, she grabs her chemistry book, and stuffs her skateboard inside her locker. Looking towards the clock and breathing in a sigh of relief, she leans against her lockers and wait for her 2 friends to pop up, knowing they are still at breakfast.

She looks down and pick at her nails without a care on the around that surrounds her. Once she her footsteps approaching towards her, she didn't acknowledge them, because she knew they wasn't her friends.

They would've been shouting my name all over town. She let's out a chuckle and blew out a breath of air.

Footsteps stopped in front of her and a hand reached out to grab a strand of her newly blonde-pink hair she got done Saturday.

Cat inwardly groans knowing who the person was.

Ethan Dolan.

Cat smacks his hand away and move away from him, sneering at him.

"Don't you have anything else better to do than stalking me everyday, faithful and no 'why's' about it." She frowns.

He pouts, and tries to caress her cheek, but cat takes a step away from him.

"Do you understand what "no" means. I mean we are in school. I think you should go to the library and look it up for you're self." She says sarcastically.

"I love when you talk all mean to me, you get all mad and riled up. it shows i "light you're fire" that's a good thing right?" Ethan taps his chin in mocking way, with a smirk on his face.

"Oh, please. You wish, baby boy." Ethan laughs at her, and cat couldn't help, but laugh with him. It's contagious.

He stops laughing and sobers up with a light of happiness in his eyes "But really i want to take you out sometime, how about tonight. Should we say 9:30?" He plans. Cat couldn't help, but think, was this a suggestion or a demand.

"No Ethan, I've been telling you many times for the past two years, I'm not interested in you and i don't want you, so i appreciate if you would leave me alone." She sighs and shakes her head.

He frowns and his eyes dimmed a bit, all trace of laughter and happiness leaves his face.

"Fine, I'll leave you alone" he says in a broken whisper and walks away. And the 1st warning bell rings.

Cat sighs and leaned her head against her lockers.

Why do I feel so bad right now?

Voices yell my name from down the hall.

And thus, Cat friends appear Macy and Lexi, arms linked and waving to everybody that walks pass them.

They stop in front of cat, and frown at her.

"Cat, baby girl...are you ok?" Macy whispered and rubs her friend back.

She groans and ignore them.

"Are you on you're period," came Lexi voice.

Cat groans again and gives them the middle finger and the two girls laugh.

"Was it Ethan?" Lexi ask again. And Cat let's out a long and loud groan and hits her head against the lockers.

"I'll take that as a yes" Macy mouths to Lexi and she nods.

"Cmon, do you want to talk about it?" Macy ask.

Cat stays silent, before lifting her head off of the locker and glance at the girls. "No" came her reply and the last warning bell rang.

"Ok, will let's get to class guys. We don't want to be late," Lexi says in a awkward tone.

Cat playful rolled her eyes and tackled them both in a hug.

"I missed you guys," she whispered. The girls laugh and Lexi added her two cents in.

"We where at you're house Saturday when you dyed you're hair girl, but of course we still miss you." They link arms with each other and walk off to there first class "chemistry.
