Ch. 5- Olympus' Ally

(Aether POV)

When I entered Olympus, I did not expect red cows, dynamites, punching, screaming, and an angry sky god. He took out his Master Bolt, which the bolt burst with energy. Nobody even saw me. Hades (he was made an Olympian), and Hestia (she isn't an Olympian), were the only two immortals who saw me. Hades gave me a nod, while Hestia stood up and bowed. Sudden stop of noise. In Aphrodite's mouth dropped some cereal, which Demeter stuffed in the goddess of love's mouth. Zeus shook his Master Bolt, and pointed it at me. With his deadly calm voice, he asked,"Whom are you, and what are you doing?" I gave the king of Olympus a mocking bow, which infuriated him. Reminds me of Thalia. Hope they are fine and caught the spies. Anyways, I said,"I, of course, am Aether. As for why I'm "ruining" your extremely important "meeting", I am here to offer being your ally." The god of sky grumbled,"That's what the other one offered. Look what happened in the end." I tilted my head, surprised. Athena patiently explained what happened. So I said,"Okay, you don't trust me. That's fine, because I don't trust myself either." Shock was written on their faces. I continued,"I swear on the Styx, that I won't betray Olympus, and ally with the enemies of Olympus." Zeus' shoulder sank, relief written all over his face. Poseidon, had bloodshot eyes. Wait, why?

(Athena POV)

I licked my lips in anticipation. There, the lord of light swore on the Styx, and looked at my crush curiously. Well, my former boyfriend. Yes, we had dated. Medusa was the last straw. Aether seemed to be trying to find his courage to ask,"What happened?" So he did. Barnacle Beard cried even worst. I explained that his son has disappeared. I said,"If you are going to be our ally, how are you going to help us against this war? I mean, the Ancient Laws restrain us, we could only fight immortals.." Aether sighed, he said,"I'm gonna send some troops over to help the legacies and half bloods." My father nodded in agreement, and the lord of the light disappeared in a flash of light (get it?). I thought of some war plans, and said to the crippled blacksmith,"Well, Hephaestus, start making the most dangerous weapons ever made, because we are going to be fighting for our lives..."

(Bianca POV)

Silena walked into the infirmary. She was armed with her dagger, so was I. Zoe started to stir. She shifted uncomfortably, particularly when she saw me. Silena, is a daughter of Aphrodite. Aether brought her and her boyfriend back from the dead. Silena, has the ability of charmspeak. So it is pretty helpful when questioning people. Zoe refused to talk specifically, but gave us vague answers, and kept on telling us to question Zylum. Something like..

Silena:"Why are you spying on us?"

Zoe:"I was ordered to."

Silena:"Who is the commander?"

Zoe:"Zylum"

Silena:"Whose Zylum?" 

Zoe:"The Commander."

Silena:"Oh."

Zylum, started to stir and woke up pretty quickly. He tried to run away from his bed in the infirmary. Only to quickly find that his legs are chained to the bed. Cool as cucumber, he squinted his eyes. 

BAM!!! 

All the chains snapped in half. Zylum, gave me and the daughter of Aphrodite a lopsided smile, with his mask on.
